I ate here and the food was not good it had no flavor I ordered a double hamburger and the meat didn’t taste like anything i also ordered fries the fries were burnt they looked disgusting it had a lot of salt on them like I wasn’t able to eat them I ate half the sandwich and had to throw it away. I don’t like writing bad reviews on places but this one definitely earned it and I hope they improve the way their employees are making the food…
We sure love Five Guys. Great burgers made they way you like them with the toppings you choose. This location wasn’t as good as the other Five Guys we have been to. The employees were not very interactive and didn’t seem to smile a lot.The order took an average, and acceptable, amount of time to come out. The temperature of the food was appropriate. The fires were not as crisp as expected and most were soggy limp. They needed to be cooked longer or at a higher temperature. The burgers were good, but probably the most dry we have ever had from Five Guys. I’m guessing they were just cooked a little too long.The most disappointing part of the visit was how dirty the store was. The were peanut shells and papers everywhere. The drink machines were dirty. The table were all greasy and had crumbs everywhere. To be fair, it was late in the evening not long before they closed. I get that it was most likely a busy day and at the end of it, but cleanliness is mandatory in a food establishment.
The burgers at five guys are good. We’ve tried the one in Dallas where we are from so we knew this place would be pretty solid. The burger is made the way you want and they give you a ton of fries.
Hard to beat these shakes. The peanut butter, caramel, and banana flavors are my go to combo

Love this food. Lettuce burger wrap cause I'm allergic to bread. Worth every penny.
We got there 15 mins before closing and they wouldn’t let us in. I had to call the location and ask the person answering the phone to talk to the manager to get into the building. I understand the employees want to go home, I get it. But if you want to close earlier than maybe do that instead of locking the door BEFORE you close.
This place is great and the customer service is in point most of the time but there are a few guys, not the females, that seem to have a chip on their shoulder, they just have an attitude and it could be that they are working so hard they are just tired and don't want to deal with people but it's their job.That aside, the food is always on point, the shakes are so damn good (especially the banana and peanut butter shake). The fries are also good altho the last few times they were so salty, very salty. I actually couldn't finish them. I was only able to eat like 1/4 of them and then I had to throw the rest away. It sucked!That's why I'm giving them 4 stars and not the 5 stars.
The burgers and fries were bland. No flavor. Our bill was $74 for each of my family of 4 to eat a burger, small fry and a small drink. That's too expensive for a fast food restaurant. Never again!
If you've never tried it then you definitely should at least once. A bit pricey but they have good burgers and the fries are pretty good too (recommend going 'cajun') and a good selection of toppings to create your burger(s) with. Free peanuts in the shells too is a nice little bonus.
