We stopped into El Tapatio on a whim, while in the area and I'd gladly make the 1hr drive to revisit. This was the best Mexican restaurant we've been to since living in the southwest. We had fajitas and carnitas, and both were outstanding. Our little guy LOVES guacamole and he was not disappointed. His kids taco was perfect; good portion, lean beef and a fresh corn tortilla. He was so happy.The margarita was delicious and he pina colada was a show stopper with a honey rimmed goblet coated in coconut. The price was fair for the portions, quality and service. They were so gracious and generous with the chips and salsa! It's no wander the place was packed. I highly recommend.
to day I was whit may partner to got dinner for may birthday the manager Alex attend us and I ask for red sauce whit out spice and he bring to me a really hot sauce I take with a lille piece of chip I get burn on my mouth and ask for little piece of cheese and h he say they don't carry any cheese. I know the owner is Oscar Perez and he is a very special with his customers but im really sort for the manager he has in the restaurant at 1804 w vine st. Kissimme, Fl. 34741

Last Friday, March 25 we placed 4 orders for lunch, after we opened the orders something was missing and we called the restaurant to complain about it.The manager Abel told me if you need the flour tortillas come and get it. I told him I can't because I am working.His response was that he said If you can bring the food back I can give you the money back.After this incident I will never place an order to your restaurant. You lost customers with this attitude. He never apologized for what was missing in the order.I give you zero star for customer service. I don't recommend pick up because always missing something in the orders
Wonderful food n service from Boom, our waiter. Will come again soon. Had delicious fresh ,hot lunch. Big portions. Huge margaritas with a terrific.variety.
We were on vacation and ate there our first night. We loved it so much that we had to go there again. The staff was super friendly, the food was exquisite. Drinks were tasty. The price was right. 4.5 stars for sure. Get the nachos for an appetizer, you won't be disappointed.
Good food nice atmosphere. But don't like that they automatically add the tip 20% to the bill and then ask for more. We had a good waitress but not all of them give 20% tip worthy of service. It should be at one's own discretion. Bathroom needs some cleaning. Will visit again in the future.
Ordered the pork and they over layered the meal with onions excessively. Husband asked to bring 2 beverages at a time because they over ice and the waiter said we can only bring out 1 at a time. Not our best experience.
