I hate leaving negative reviews, but sometimes the need to be done so hopefully management reads them, went to this store and ordered a croissant toasted and the lady told me they couldn’t toast it, I asked if their toaster was broken and told me no, that they were cleaning it because they were about to close, when I asked what time they close she said 9pm and it was 7:40 pm at the time of purchase, so you shut the store down an hr and 20 minutes before closing? I can understand 15-20 minutes, this is ridiculous.
I highly recommend this Dunkin' donuts The staff is absolutely amazing the girls at the counter always with a positive attitude the manager Always with a smile I highly recommend this location to anyone.
Use the Drive-tru , much faster than inside. Frozen coffee machine broken again . Ice coffee was on point !!
My kids are disappointed with this location. Mostly empty ice cream containers. Messy and dirty store. There were a handful of customers dining but we were not getting help. Won't be coming back to this location. We left for another location.
This is my morning breakfast stop on the way to work and the staff is friendly and fast!!! Fantastic sweet tea as well!!
Today 5/5 at 7:35 am I was at DD store #355870. The manager yelling at the employees, an attitude with which the employees were annoyed and uncomfortable. The kitchen clerk was throwing the orders at both the Counter and the drive-thru area like it was anything. The manager owes as much respect to the client as to her employees. She is not suited for a position like this, much less working with a high volume of clients. Her employees deserve respect and she is disrespectful
Friendly staff, but management needs to get more help. Wait was too long for only 1 other customer in the store. Yes ai will be back but hopefully less of a wait when I do.
Incredibly friendly and attentive staff both at the counter and the kitchen team. Very clean and new. Nice ambiance. Delicious food served hot.We had avocado and hummus toasts, stuffed bagels, hash browns. Each better than the last.The hot chocolate and hot matcha latte were very tasty as well.We will definitely come back when in this area.Once again compliments to the wonderful staff!
Timely turnaround with orders. Staff is friendly, one issue with bagel and creamcheese orders they do not want to spread it on the bagel you'll get a bagel with the side of creamcheese. Not sure why they don't spread it they prepare other foods with spread.
