Probably the worst doughnuts I’ve ever had! Stale. No flavor and the icing was waxy. Day old doughnuts at the grocery store taste better than these. Usually I have good things to say about DD so it must be this location entirely. There’s a Krispy Kreme down the road and there are plenty more DDs to choose from
The manager of this location is always rushing people to finish their orders. We ordered a half of dozen donuts and as we were telling her which one we wanted she rudely interrupted me and said “are you gonna pick them all out” & then tells me I can’t get a hot drink cold when that has been my go to order for years! And then we get left waiting for 10 minutes on the donuts that we had to tell the guy what we wanted anyways.. why rush me to then have to repeat myself all over again.. this is the 3rd time she does this & it’ll be my last time going. Prefer driving further away than to deal with her rudeness.!!!
The worst around by far! Watered down drinks, the staff is a bunch of kids. Besides the Spanish guy at the register who either looks like a little man or a grown boy that doesn't greet you when you walk in, say thank you when you leave, and makes your drink with his hand in his pocket the whole time. I guess he imagine he's cool. What's cool is restaurant courtesy. do your job with dignity be polite, before you come across the wrong one which would have been me if I wasn't late!!!
The place, when walking in the store give bad expressions, don't see clean place, bad service, need new people that give friendly smiles.. I when there to buy something and never be asked if I want to add sugar.. not a thanks ? is not good for your business,, I two star because coffee was good
No cold brew. No expresso for macchiato... and no donuts... how am I expected to run on dunkin, when they don't even have their namesake DONUTS?
Donte’ made my caramel macchiato and it was so good! He was so nice and was very patient when I was deciding what I wanted. I will definitely come back!
THEY NEVER HAVE DONUTSSSS BUT they are called Dunkin’ DONUTSSSS, and the manager no where to be found, the way they talk when providing customer service is funny, not the good kind of funny, “I feel you I feel you” is there form of saying we’re sorry I understand ur upset because now a days we cut grammar short even in business all of a sudden (sarcasm). Ridiculous how a company app can’t find the time to put in a way to get refunds but mainly focuses on how to get money when people order from there. Greedy thinking right there.Bottom line: THEY NEED TO CLOSE THAT PLACE DOWNNNN. U will only get ur donuts in the morning. Again, Ridiculous!
I visited this location with my significant other today. I was very pleased to see that it was very clean, the staff were very busy, but took the time to take my order in a timely manner. The person taking my order was very pleasant to in taking my order and suggesting order items I might be interested in. I will definitely be revisiting this location, and telling other about it.
Even knew what a chocolate chocolate doughnut was without glaze! ? Didn't have to ask! Frozen Coffee filled to top! Good Customer service!
Order glaze donuts hard as a rock and old tasting ice coffee was nice custom service was good but need to manage your food after a certain time it should be taken off the sales market...
