The drive thru attendant handed me a large cup of hot coffee with a lid that clearly did not fit. Said coffee spilled all over my hand, burning it, and all over the car. Not one word from the attendant.I'm okay with mistakes happening, and I can even live with a burned hand. But I can't accept the fact that decent kindness and courtesy seems lost on people today. A simple "I'm sorry, are you okay?" would have gone a very long way....is this how DD trains it's people? In my time, not so long ago, we would have apologized profusely, offered to make it right, refunded the order, and first and foremost, asked about the well-being of the customer. At this DD location, not a word was said. It just blew my mind.
Horrible experience. We placed a mobile order and as soon as we pulled up to drive thru it was “yeah it’ll be a while I’m the only one here and I’m way too backed up. It’s going to be a really long time.” My husband asked “can we get a refund then?” And there was no response. So we eventually pulled up to the window and the coffees were made but super stale. There were no cars in the parking lot and there was another guy with him working. He sounded extremely annoyed that we were there. 5:30 pm on Easter. I couldn’t even believe how rude. He may as well have said go away I’m not in the mood to deal with customers
Always slow and rude staff
This Dunkin location is horrible. We went there 2 days in a row because my boyfriend loves to start his day with their coffee and both days our order was wrong! The 1st day I ordered a glaze donut and ended up with something maple flavored.I ordered an English muffin, toasted with light butter the 2nd day thinking how could they mess this up....well I got an English muffin not toasted with a big clump of butter and cream cheese and the muffin was soaked in it so it became mushy and not edible at all.I understand the labor shortage but how long are we going to use that excuse for issues?
Ordered through Uber eats, the food had burnt particles on it that made it have this weird gross taste. I also order a iced latte that tasted like burnt coffee and my munchies were all glazed instead of assorted. 10/10 do not recommend.
I stopped and got some donuts. I got a dozen of mixed flavors. I went there in the afternoon so the selection was limited . I was still able to get Boston Cream and some apple filled plus several other ones. I was the only person in the store due to the time of day. I'll be returning in the future.
I literally almost drove off before entering just because this is the most ridiculous entrance to a business that I've ever seen.Once we finally got inside it was a tale that we all see so often these days:Employees that actually care working along side those that seriously should have just stayed home this morning. Our cashier/barista was friendly, courteous and helpful (I tipped him $5 because I was so impressed). The crew working in the back and the drive-thru were squabbling amongst themselves and nothing was getting done.We got our coffees and other drinks immediately, but waited more than 10 minutes for our sandwiches and nothing was hot, barely warm.
Very disappointed. On 12/3/2021 I stopped at this location for bagels with cream cheese and iced coffee. Courtney was working the drive trough. She was very disinterested and was laughing on the speaker. The iced coffee was good. However ALL the bagels were lacking cream cheese (image attached). Only a dab was placed on them. What has happened with Dunkin Donuts????
Ordered two bagels, hash brows and some drinks from UberEats. Everything was freezing, like it was just pulled from the cooler and served still at 40 degrees. I could clearly tell our bagels weren’t toasted, who eats cold bread? There was no cream cheese on our bagels which it seems is very common from this location based off of other reviews. We live here, and used to go to this location often. Actually, this location used to be the only one who made my iced coffee exactly how I liked it. I’m not sure if it’s under new management, but your team could definitely use some more training at this location. I do not recommend, they might as well remove this location from UberEats because the staff there is running the Franchise/Corporate name through the mud ?
This place and people are terrible. They don’t listen to orders, when returning, female bagel toaster seems rude, employees talking negatively on customer in drive thru, Managment and staff all need training. Last time I will visit this store.
