Stayed in Emerald Isle area of Kissimmee for 2 weeks on holiday with family and frequently visited this place. Conveniently positioned opposite sherbeth road also. Caramel iced latte is my favourite and always tastes good from this place and donuts for family and kids go down well also ??
I didn't eat here but I wanted to give it four stars due to the very convenient location and how happy the people eating the ice cream from here were.
We ordered a small coffee, cinnamon raisin bagel, and veggie egg bites and the ENTIRE order was wrong. There was only 1 car in the drive thru. Then the girl at the window proceeded to tell us that the small coffee comes with 2 sugars when we asked for 3 and only got 1. I had throw out my egg bites because they gave me bacon...i don't eat pork. Definitely would not be going there again
Dunkin Doughnuts is pretty much the same everywhere. Nothing overall special. We got some big muffins that were pretty good though.
They made a mess of every cars order. They were trying but just not pulling it off. And half our order ended up being wrong. I vote hit the next one until they get their stuff together....
Attention was ok, but could improve. Lady spoke way too low and fast even when asked to please repeat.Asked for the seasonal drink (several ads on door and walls) but they ran out... (really?)So yeah, not a good experience, but at least not terrible...
I've been here 2 times and the orders were wrong both times. Nothing wrong with it since they gave me extra. They assured that is ok. Good coffee!
Really nice lady. She remade a mediocre matcha drink without us asking. She believes in customer service and proves it. She is rare and makes DD a special place.
