Got there at 9:45, had to wait for almost twenty minutes just to place a order, one coffee and a bagel plain. Almost ten minutes just to get coffee and after another ten minutes I just gave up on the bagel. I told the cashier don’t worry about the bagel and all she said was have a nice day. 4 employees and no teamwork. A older gentleman was waiting next to me for a cup of coffee and we got the guys attention who worked drive thru and he walked over to the counter lady and told her instead of helping her out. If you don’t like you job, do is all a favor and quit

Save yourself time and go somewhere else the last few times I have given them a chance all they do is mess up. I’ve had orders completely wrong with whatever the cook decided to put in my sandwich being the ingriedients I received. Which is dangerous because people have allergies and they are going to hurt people just switching ingredients and not saying anything thinking people won’t notice. Secondly I’ve never see a breakfast place that runs out of breakfast items like bagels before noon. Just save yourself time and pass them by there is a bagel place in the shopping center with Publix next door that will do you a lot better if you can wait for the food. I have had to do this about three times now thinking dunkin may actually get my food right so from now in I’ll just go to the other bagel store. Just save yourself time and don’t waste your life waiting for a wrong order from a crew that doesn’t care if they hurt you or not, just doing whatever they want to keep times down and orders going out; rather than focusing on serving people quality food that is what was ordered.

got my wife's order wrong. when she was asked for a refund, she was told they were not going to do it as it was her fault she ordered something they did not have in stock (how the ... is she supposed to know what they have in stock?).also, the drive through cashier shone her barcode scanner at my wife's eye, and now she is in terrible pain (this is a LASER LIGHT; which is clearly marked with a warning to not shine at peoples eyes).

The day I went, I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes behind a car that was already waiting, I pulled off as other car was pulling up behind me. I drove to the front and no lights were on, I didn't see any people inside at all. Looks like they were closed. No sign saying closed. This was the first time I've been to a dunkin donuts at 7am in the morning and it's a ghost town, no worker's.

Placed an order for drive-thru pickup through the dunkins app at 5:09am. Arrived at store at 5:15am. I sat in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes and no one answered or came to the mic. I parked, knocked on the door a few times since doors are locked and called the phone number and got no answer. It is now almost 5:30am and still no one is here.Update: Around 5:50am, an associate named Kevin showed up to start work at 6am. He said he spoke to his boss and the person scheduled to open did not show. Since nothing is turned on, they wouldn't be ready to start taking orders until 7am.

Ordered 3 cups of hot coffee this morning and they tasted bitter will never go back. They put unsealed covers on them I wore half the coffee in my car. This explains not one car on take out lane , will never go back Again. One of the worse Dunkin’ Donuts I have been to

I literally live one minute away from this Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s the worst experience. Today was the last draw, I try to give this place a chance and everytime I do it’s something else. Today I went to get a Hazelnut coffee and they didn’t have it neither were they serving food. What kind of business is always out of anything you ask for and isn’t serving food at 10:30!in the morning. Never again! I will tell everyone I know not to patronize this place. They are awful.

Not someone who normally would leave a review, but in the past year I have had so many bad experiences with this location that I just have to drive past it to another location from here on.This staff is consistently slow, messing up orders, and inconsistent on drinks. (flavor, temp, size is wrong, cold when I ordered hot) They rotate through staff faster than they go thru donuts.Today was the last time. Watched them mess up 2 orders in front of me, gave me the wrong size drink, then came back with cold version rather than hot, then on the third time got it right but it was lukewarm. My dozen assorted donuts consisted of 2 types…2!After almost 2 years of these type of experiences I have to say it’s simply poor poor management.Wawa is down the street a mile or two and Starbucks will be built soon. I patiently tried for almost 2 years Dunkin’, but you haven’t tried to improve.

The absolute worst service ever. I was at the window for more than 10 minutes while you can see the staff hand playing!!!!! Even the assistant manager! Very poor management! Food is old and staff all need to be replaced! Even the management! Will make sure to never come to this location ever!!!!

We were in the drive thru line for 17 minutes, stuck because we couldn't get out and didn't even get to reach the menu to order before we had to leave because my daughter had to get to work and there were still 4 cars in front of us. Absolutely horrible service, usually out of one thing or another and the lobby is usually closed so you can't go inside and order. If the car at the window is waiting on something have them pull up and wait and you bring out the order to them and then take care of the cars behind them and keep the line moving.
