you don’t have a strong team because you don’t train people. unpaid video training does not count as training. and before you argue, i have voice memos of you admitting it’s only videos and that you’re asking employees to do it off the clock. you love saying “i can’t have you coming to me talking ‘bout idk how to do this and that” but babygirl did you train anyone to do this and that? no. instead you said “make sure you watch videos on your break or after your shift” who’s doing all that unpaid? who?and on top of it you were too scared to call and let your own employee go? you took her off the group chat and stopped scheduling her instead? she had to call you? embarrassing.Aaron is this your store? is this your team? a reflection of the best you can be? embarrassing.do better.
I have ALWAYS been unimpressed with this Dunkin donuts location. Also giving numerous chances. My orders have always been messed up 90 % of the time. Then one day I go because I am running late for work. I order a plain bagel with cream cheese to find a piece of plastic in my bagel after eating most of my bagel I was completely disgusted. I should have taken a picture to upload but I just threw it away. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. I RATHER GO HUNGRY. PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT EVEN BOTHER
If I was you I would be careful eating at this restaurant. The store is honestly discusting I am very concern for people to who come here cause you can get sick from going there
The Sunday opening crew on 4/17/2022 was super awesome. They had a rough start in the morning and were working hard to open. They truly put an excellent effort in on a day that would be busy (Easter Sunday). They were so kind and helpful. And fast rabbit speed service. Thank you much for a great experience. Please give bonuses to employees. They are well deserved.
So I had to give 1 star but it doesn't deserve it! I went to this location before covid and it was decent enough. Now it's atrocious, I have stupidly given it multiple chances over the past few months and in at least 6 visits I got 1 coffee. Usually they are out of cups, ice, milk & cream. Which is ridiculous however, the last 2 times the computers were going to be updating for an hour. For as long as this has been going on you can tell the owner doesn't care. Please franchise this location to someone who wants to take care of the people!
Really wish I could give zero stars I waited in the drive thru for 10 min not moving a single car space. Every dunkin' we have gone to has been a very terrible experience lately. We drove around to go inside 3 people waiting in line I glance over at the donuts to see what I have to choose from and I kid you not there are no donuts it was 10:30am on a Saturday. This experience has truly ruined a great morning. Had to walk out. Please dunkin' get your stuff together or go out of business and let someone take over that knows how to run a business properly.
Please train your new employees. I understand not being able to keep people employed since COVID but cmon. Literally just bought 2 iced coffees and they’re both water with sugar and cream.
First at counter, 15-20 min to order. Another 15 to get a bagel and some hashbrowns. Poorly managed only three people working with a long drive through Dunkin is the worst
Waited over 5 minutes and no one took my order in drive through or even said “I will right with you”. I think people don’t care anymore here. Another Dunkin to scratch of the never coming again list.Note: There was employees there laughing and talking to each other. And yes they where open since I was there around 10:00 am.
The customer service at this location is poor. Storefront closed and drive thru said they were doing a software update that would take 45 minutes - 1 hour so they couldn’t take any orders…..this is in the middle of the day!
