Hands down the best DD I have ever visited and I have been to some in at least 10 different states. The donuts are fresh, drinks delicious, and staff friendly!

Worst customer service I have ever received from a so called "Franchesca". She started and ended my order with an attitude and at the window when I asked if I had given her 75 cents she coped and attitude because I was do change back. So I immediately checked her and her attitude as well as reminding her that without customers she wouldn't have a job. She doesn't like her job then quit!! I will not be stopping here for breakfast every morning ever again.

I've never had an Iced coffee with no ice... If they can't make an iced coffee, there's no need to complain. Just don't come to this location.Funny more recent reviews said the same exact thing.
I was a bit confused by today's visit. Gave a coupon for a discount, then it doesn't show on the receipt. When I point that out, I'm being told it shows they took it if on their end. Well I didn't get the discount, and they didn't know how to handle it either. On top of that I had to pay 25 cents for some water.
Being out of stock but we common items you order everyday means that your management is not doing their jobs . End of sentence
I ordered an ice coffee with cream and Splenda, but instead of Splenda I got regular sugar. The coffee tasted very good and fresh, kind staff. As suggestion if you don’t have Splenda, just let the customer know, so they can choose another sweetener or none at all.
Worst Dunkin’ Donuts store ever. I’ve been to this store drive through twice. Both times I ordered Blueberry Iced Matcha Latte. The 1st time around, the store lady made a caramel iced latte and told me that’s Matcha latte. When I told her that is not Match drink, she said she’ll correct the order, went in and mixed matcha into that same drink, which just sat as a lump of green stuff at the bottom. Matcha doesn’t mix well by just dropping into the cold drink. The customer service lady just told me again, that’s how they make Matcha Latte at that Dunkin’ Donuts???? when I refused that she made another drink this time with watery/ run down version of Match latte which was not Matcha Latte because she didn’t froth the match into it. Again it tasted horrible but I thanked her and left because I was hungry & thirsty.Second time,, history repeats and this time around the guy took the order, repeating back the order for Blueberry Iced Matcha latte. Then he said they were out of blueberry flavour. So I told him he can add some other flavor such a caramel in my Matcha Latte. He made a caramel latte and repeated what happened before. He said it was miscommunication and will try making it. I chose to get refund
