Ordered from here and my order was canceled because they don’t have enough people working at the moment. It could have been simpler if they blocked off orders for the time being.so now I’m left with no food, a refund that will take 3-5 days since the third party charging system charged me upon ordering. Nice if I was from town but in from 1400 miles away. Companies need to be more responsible for their independent/franchises. All their doing is making a household name appear to be faulty when it’s the owner/ manager/ team leader when they aren’t using their head to do competent customer service.
Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. Starting with the manager Charles. I waited more than an hour for a thin crust pizza! I wrote the hotel, building number , and room number and the driver never got to me. When I called the store instead of resolving.the issue they put me on hold and asked me for my information twice , then when I asked to speak to the manager I was surprised to hear it was him ! Who was obviously on the defensive side ?. And then immediately turned to cancel my order!!! I am beyondad and offended to be treated this way after waiting.an hour for pizza
Driver sat outside in his car for over ten minutes, called store the person who answered told me i didn't put my apartment number on there i looked at my order and yes my apartment number was there. he said driver was trying to call me but no he didn't very dissatisfied with the way it was handled.i'm a restaraunt manager and never in my 30 years in the industry have ever encounter like this
Order online ! Wait about 1hr ! Drive (Armando)stop by my door ,spoke with me that he not have my order somebody else will delivery soon?! ?I have question why ?! He drove his car and leave ! I try call store look for the manager(Charles) never there ! Them Nick awnser after a 8 calls! No have any response and let me on hold for 24min! Getting tired to be nice do I drive my car to the store ! First person who i ask what is your name ignore me and call other that say why ? After I ask his name ! They say she speak Spanish! No I’m not ! ….. To my surprise I was confronted finally from Charles who show up after I wait 15 min ! Again! He has a bad attitude bad and anger awnser really rude person! Not professional not business person! Finally find my order ( I have number and receipts in hand) two different others for a different places! Another 30 min seat wait for! To my surprise again ! my order was wrong! Never be back here never order from here never Ever will recommend this to a friend or any of my clients! - Zero is my review to this store and crew they not know how work or do customer services iden!
Worst service ever. Honestly, garbage. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Said delivered, but never was. Tried to call the store with no answer. Tried to contact customer service, no answer. I will not order from here again, when so many companies actually care about proper service.
Waited 2 hours on Monday for delivery. Couldn't get a hold of any body at the store. So waited 3 hours even after the Tracker said driver left at 8:51 but never receieved the delivery. And no one could be reached from store.
Worst service ever. They always run so far behind. They make lots of mistakes on the order. Bottom of pizza is burnt many time. Managers don't have any clue how to run the restaurant.
The manager John here is wonderful. He's very helpful and resolved the issue we had. The place is kept clean
I want to say this is the best Dominos that I have ever been to. I am from Miami and I was so shocked on how this location was. It was so clean, everyone changed their gloves every time they touched something different. All employees had their work station clean and organized. Everyone wear their mask above their nose. When you walk in the whole staff greets you and acknowledge you. I definitely want to give a shout-out to these employees: Charlie - GM, John - Assistant, Alondra - CSR/ MIT, and Natalie - Driver. I am so happy and satisfied and I will come back again.
After 20 minutes left on hold Jullian picked up the phone and was very rude and cursed me out and then hung up on me when I asked for his manager. I called back 5 times asking for his manager and he hung up on me! I filed a complaint with the corporate office. Dont waste your time calling this place.
