I am a loyal customer and it is extremely annoying that online ordering is always unavailable for this location. So they have you to call the store and they rarely answer the phone.
Horrible experience!! I don’t usually write negative reviews but today’s experience was so horrible I had to take time out of my schedule to comment about it.Anyway, I ordered 3 pizzas with extra cheese for pick up from dominos on 1918 E Osceola Pkwy. Steve prepared the order and my husband picked it up as soon as it was ready.When we check the pizza there’s no extra cheese and we can see the main ingredients like the tomato sauce and dough in some areas. I specifically asked for “EXTRA CHEESE” not regular cheese and FYI there shouldn’t be parts of the pizza missing cheese.Mind you the pizza was made by Steve “the manager” and upon contacting the store he denied our claim. If Steve would’ve been honest we would have sufficed with just putting a note in our account so that this issue won’t be repeated in the future. Instead he refused to be honest and so dominos just lost a loyal customer and gained another negative review.In the end, we ended up eating the pizza as the kids were hungry and didn’t want to make another trip to the store. I have included a pic of the pizza we got in comparison to one posted on Dominos Twitter page with extra cheese and another extra cheese with pepperoni.The lighting is not that good but you can still see the parts that are missing cheese.
The service and the quality was made than we expected. The guys and even the cooks are exactly what you expect of from customer service. Now rating the pizza it’s definitely more then what I paid for. Please don’t go raising your prices? I believe my new favorite is the garlic parmesan bites. I’m sure I could live of those alone.
Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Driver gave my order to the wrong house and didn’t confirm the name or pay attention to the incorrect house number. I tracked the pizza from the store which is 2 min away from my house, waited at the front door, was confused why he was taking a while when I showed that they entered the community, ran in to grab my phone only to see that it said the order has been delivered. Apparently my neighbor was outside in front of their house and the delivery driver just handed them the pizza. Even though their house number clearly said the wrong number, the driver didn’t ask for the name to confirm, neighbor didn’t question getting free pizza, I called the store and explained it to them and asked to be sent another order and she said it’s going to take a while. Just an unfortunate situation all around :/
I realize it's Saturday night, but three hours to get a couple of pizzas delivered? Seriously? According to the tracking service, our pizzas sat around for over an hour after coming out of the oven before anyone could be bothered to deliver them. Then it took over another hour to actually be delivered because . . . well, my best guess from what we saw on the tracker is that our driver decided to go to their own home 2 towns away and enjoy their own dinner before getting around to doing their job and delivering ours. 45 minutes on hold trying to ask someone why and they refused to refund us because the pizzas were "on their way" (I mean, I guess technically speaking they were). Stone cold and then some when they finally arrived, and the driver just dropped them on the doorstep and ran, didn't even bother to ring the doorbell. Who knows how they would have sat there if we hadn't been watching for them. Currently approaching another hour on hold to finally (hopefully!) get the refund.Update: nope. Finally got someone on the phone and they hung up on us. Never. Ever. Again.
This to let everyone what I horrible experience we had at this location today 4/9/202211:30pm , I called and the first thing I ask was to change my address to make sure we get the pizza delivered, after almost an hour our neighbor come to drop off the pizza we ordered, said the driver just left it to them, even though the first part of the address was correct, so when I called the store to notify the Issue, as a coincidence the person who delivered the pizza answered not knowing I told what happened and I asked to speak to a manager, she said the manager’s name was Nikkia and she could not come to the phone, then she said that yes she delivered the pizza and the person who accepted the pizza said that yes they ordered pizza so she left it and ask to hold , so at that moment my wife and I were thinking just to leave it alone since she sounded young and it could be just a simple mistake but when she come back to the phone she was so rude said that it was their policy and did not apologize or recognize any wrong doing so we got upset the she raised her boss back to us yelling so we plan to file a complaint with corporate and take it to the top so this person learns the basic customer service of you are working servicing people and learn from this experience. Very bad service worse ever
Delivery girl dropped my pizza and run away
The place on Osceola used to be quick with their deliveries, I have had to call for the last two deliveries to know the status of the delivery . Previous one took a little over an hour; the second time I ordered, I decided to cancel the order because it was going to take close to two hours .Not ordering from me here ever again.
The worst pizza I've ever had from any pizza chain company. I ordered delivery for 2 pizzas, Large (14") Brooklyn Pizza & Large (14") Hand Tossed Pizza at 7:38 pm on Sat, 2/26/2022. My order arrived at 9:16pm, very dry and cold; the hand tossed pizza was ordered well done and it tasted like cardboard and it was burned, the Brooklyn pizza was ordered with the marinara sauce but I could not tell if there was any sauce in it as I couldn't taste it or see it. These pizzas had NO TASTE at all. I also ordered extra cheese on both pizzas but where did the cheese go. Yes, I was furious, if they could not served me properly, they could have cancelled my order. By the way, the total price I paid for this dissapointment was $45.00.Thank you Dominoes Pizza at 1918 E. Osceola Pkwy, Kissimmee, I'll be going to the Little Cesar store next to me.
Excellent customer service, this location is one of the best, there are not enough words to express the excellent service specially with Keon he is very professional, helpful, has a lot of patience, he goes over ? for his customer. One more time thank you for your service.
