My family and I have been customers of Cupcake Hearts over the last 8 years. Their cakes are truly a work of art! We have trusted them to create cakes for themed Birthdays and every time I’ve picked up the cake, my expectations have been exceeded.I love the variety of flavors they offer (The Guava is my absolute fave.) I also love that you can sample all the flavors in mini cupcakes or standard size.
This place is Amazing! I just moved from New York & was very worried about finding a good baker out here in Kissimmee. This place did not disappoint at all . I showed them a design of a cake & cupcakes & they actually made it look better , like the detailing was absolutely amazing. They worked with me with sizing & pricing & they were very patient because I am a very indecisive person lol. The cake & cupcakes not only looked phenomenal but they taste sooooo good . We was here visiting from out of state family trip to disneyworld and needed some cupcakes for a birthday and anniversary stop in and bought 2 dozens very tasteful and moist love the different flavors very delicious my favorite one was the cinnamon roll.
I honestly don’t have the words to describe how amazing this place is but I’ll try. I don’t think I can eat another cupcake from anywhere else ever again. I have literally had a dream about their cupcake after we ate the entire box in just a few hours. I don’t even like cupcake and we were fighting over them. All I can say is we really highly recommend Cupcake Hearts! Diana and Kathy thank you for your amazing deserts and great customer service! 5 stars all the way. You just earn a new customer.
Bad. The cupcakes are small, and they taste terrible. The cannoli cupcake is just yellow cake and chocolate frosting. The chocolate chip cupcake has frosting that tastes like flour. The frostings are gritty. This place was extremely disappointing.
Cupcake Hearts consistently provides great quality cakes. I have ordered 3 different cakes from them and they’ve never missed the mark. Not only do they pay attention to details but the cake is moist and tastes great. Thank you very much for great customer service and incredible cakes.

Good cake but the frosting on some tasted way too...plain? Others tasted artificial. Can't wait to see how these cakes improve!Edit: I really liked the cream cheese frosting! It was super creamy and had that yummy tart taste you can only get from the handmade stuff. My favorite cupcake was for sure the strawberries ? and cream! They put a yummy strawberry filling in the cupcake too~ The only cupcakes I didn't enjoy were the Chocolate lovers and the plain Vanilla! Again like in my previous review it just tasted not so good ? . Definitely would recommend more complex cupcakes from here though. Deluce de Leche was super yummy too.Unfortunately I'm not understanding good cupcake quality though, according to the owners ?, so I might be wrong? Was hoping to get a batch ordered for the OCSD employees, seeing as this company is right down the road on Bill Beck Blvd from the OCSD HR. Will be moving to Washington State soon and wanted to celebrate with yummy cupcakes! I hope the owners take future criticism better ?
