As we hadn't tried Culver's before we dropped in to give it a go. It's very similar to other fast food places in their set up, however the quality of food served to us was definitely better. They did miss a couple of drinks from our order but this was rectified immediately after we mentioned it. All the food that we ordered came to the table quickly and tasted really nice. One small niggle was I felt my burger wasn't hot enough but that might of been the salad cooling it down. The cost was on par with other similar establishments. There are plenty of seats available inside or there is a drive through for those on the go. The staff were polite, prompt and well presented. The toilets were spotless.

My oldest kid really wanted a burger so we all decided to go here so we could enjoy a meal together. We ordered a variety of food between us and it was all excellent. We dined inside and placed our order immediately. I ordered the roast beef as a sandwich with coleslaw on the side. I also got an order of cheese curds to share with the table as everyone enjoys them. I like that this sandwich they pack in separate parts so that the bun doesn't get all soggy from the meat. You just open the bun and you can turn the little tub of meat over on it and it makes a perfect sandwich. I like it with the coleslaw because I can then add some of that right onto the sandwich and get some flavors that really work well together. Personally I have to be careful of sugars and I can't have caffeine so I avoid ice cream and soda for the most part these days. They still have fabulous root beer though. They are a little costlier than some places but the quality of food usually makes it fully worthwhile. I definitely recommend this place as we've never had bad food off their menu from any location.
Love this fast-food restaurant, or is it really fast-food? Is it still fast-food if everything is made to order, instead of ahead of time then sat under a heat-lamp?We were in Orlando and notice the big line of drive-thru around the building. I have heard their commercial on the radio before but we don't have Culver's in our area.We ordered burgers and fries and they were excellent "fast-food burgers". They were brought out to our table freshly hot and tasty. Really good fries and you gotta try the Fried Cheese Curds, delicious! Outstanding service, everyone working there seems to go above and beyond, what a concept for a fast-food restaurant! Now if they would only open a location close to my home....
Culvers is my favorite fast food burger spot. Always fresh and delicious. They also have their own root beer which is one of the best and I'm a big root beer guy. Fries are always good too.
We ordered 4 small frozen custard cups (a very quick and simple order). We were told to pull ahead and they would bring out our order. 25 minutes later and after watching them bring orders to at least 10 other cars, we still had nothing. I went inside and inquired, and they found our order and tried to hand me 4 melted frozen custards. When I questioned this, the worker got her manager who said, "well, we can remake it for you or you can just have a refund." No apology. I asked for her supervisor who came out and was more apologetic, but basically said the same thing: they would remake them or we could have a refund. Having worked in food service before, it seemed like they should have refunded me AND comped the frozen custard. When I suggested this, the supervisor said, "it was against company policy." They threw out our original order, so it wasn't like they were worried about inventory. They also were not understaffed, as many of the workers were standing around doing nothing. When I pointed this out to the supervisor and asked how they could have missed our order, she said a lot of the staff were in training. I know this is a first world problem, but it was just crappy service. If you are just going there for frozen custard, save your time and money and go next door to Twistee Treat. They are fast even when it's crowded.
The person that took our order couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Wish I had his name to offer compliment but he was a very big man with a limited use left arm. He is a very good employee. Everyone we delt with was extremely nice and friendly, but he seemed to go above and beyond to be helpful.
Some of the best fast food I've ever had. Please expand your business up to the northeast as soon as you can!
We went after Disney one evening and had a bacon butter burger with fries. So very good after paying for overpriced food that did not taste as good as this. Will order ice cream next time. As the flavors looked very tempting
Doesn't matter which Culver's you go to, they have great people working for them! I'm always impressed with the way they treat customers. The food is always delicious. We got a take out order that took about 5 minutes. Hubby's double Butterburger with cheese was just the way he ordered. My pot roast dinner was packed "deconstructed" which is perfect so that the bread doesn't turn to mush before it gets home. We shared a mini concrete on the way home...we were hungry &, well, it was melting. ?? Thanks for a great meal & great service!
