The cookies are delicious,very moist and always warm. I love how they have different varieties each week. The store was very clean and the staff move quickly.
We got a four pack to see if they're similar to the one we go to in Colorado... and it is! :-) Great cookies: 2 Peanut Butter Cup ft. Reese's (very dry and rich), Peach Sugar ft Peachie Os and a Caramel Shortbread featuring Twix (really tasted like a Twix - loved it).The app tries to force you to give a tip every time you order and I always change it, but it got me yesterday and I didn't pay attention... it automatically added $3 for a tip. I'm not saying the employees don't deserve it, I just think the business should pay their employees well enough that we don't need to tip on top of paying for expensive cookies (that we don't really need). ;-)
My daughter got straight A's so she got to pick out a treat . This was it . Her request. She loved them all but the Kentucky butter cake rated top at the list . The vanilla bean cookie should be vanilla frosting, not cream cheese. The employees at this location were not friendly. Nobody greeted us or even said a word to us . Kinda sad . This location is very small. The cookies were all beautiful and packaged well. Very clean inside. We bought the party box. Apparently theres a reward program, we were not offered to sign up. 5 stars goes to the cookies.

The cookies are so delicious! I would recommend not getting to many cause they are HUGE! My mom and I bought 4 and only finished one together. The inside is soft, outside crispy. The ones in this pic are the cornbread, chocolate chip, and the german chocolate; missing one is another chocolate chip.
Cinnamon swirl, Napoleon, smores and sugar cookie with pink frosting was Delicious. I can't wait to try the other favors!!
Best cookies ever!!! Their cream cheese frosting is out of this world and their frozen hot chocolate cookie is the stuff dreams are made of. Staff is always friendly and the store is so cute. Worth every penny!
Good grief these cookies are good. We are serious Gideon’s Bakehouse fans, but my husband said these were his new favorites. Which is great because Crumbl is far more accessible that Gideon’s. (I think each are AMAZING in their own right.) BUT, since this is a review of Crumbl, I’ll try to stay on topic.1. Cookies are warm and gooey.2. Every single cookie we’ve had so far totally hit the flavor profile and yum factor it was intended for.3. The cookies are massive. (They come with a massive calorie count too. I looked up the calorie count for one of the cookies we got and it was near 700 calories and the serving size was less than a third of a cookie. I ain’t judgin’ if you wanna eat an entire cookie, but if you’re on a diet go for the minis. These big ones are serious diet wreckers.)4. I love the pink boxes.5. The order system is super convenient and comprehensive.6. I like that the cookie flavors rotate.
