Eh, just okay. We went around 10:30 on a Thursday morning (4 of us) and they were slammed. We waited maybe 30-45 minutes and wandered the gift shop. After being seated, we waited 10-15 minutes for a server to come over and take our orders and another 10 for him to return with the drinks. Our food took 25-30 minutes and was underwhelming. I ordered the cheesecake stuffed pancakes and while the filling was good, the pancakes were tough. They were out of the strawberries that are supposed to come with the pancakes but offered to substitute blueberries which I appreciated. Our server was nice enough but seemed like he was deep in the weeds.

Terribly understaffed to the point where you have to wait for a table in an almost empty restaurant that had maybe 7 other tables sat.Food ordered then waitress returned much later to explain items were no longer available and another lonnng wait. After nearly an hour we were about to walk out and I wish we had but the food did turn up.Felt sorry for the waitress as she had no support from any other staff else that evening.Food was just about ok, disappointing experience and wish we had gone elsewhere.Complained when we paid the bill but I got the feeling they are used to complaints and it was just another day for them.

Kelly our server was great and really welcoming to us brits !Thanks for a great meal and service ??????

This Cracker Barrel is the worst one I have ever dined in. My experience was as follows: My family and I were seated right away and the waitress came a few minutes later to get our drink orders. She than came back with the drinks to take our entree order and while getting our order we asked if we can change the lemonade my son had ordered for apple juice in which she agreed. After this it all goes down hill. We would see families being seated and being given the breads and we were still waiting for ours. After about an hour she comes back with the breads and with no plates and no knives to put the butter on. We waited patiently but then we were seeing other people who were basically seated around a half an hour after us given the food. We asked the other waitresses to see where is our waitress and where is our food but then they said that the food was coming out. Our waitress was nowhere to be found but everyone around us is eating and finishing up except us. Another waitress finally comes around and gives us the apple juice for my son over an hour later. At this time we were just fed up and we told the cashier that were leaving and to just charge us the drinks and they told us to wait because our food was coming out now. After a few minutes after asking for the bill for the drinks our food finally arrives which is an hour and a half later. At this point we decided to just leave and get something else to eat. So we asked the waitress for the bill for the drinks and we were leaving. We finally paid and left. I am not sure why it took so long for the food, plates or utensils but the experience was horrible and my recommendation is to look for another restaurant because the customer service provided there was non existent, which is truly unfortunate because we love Cracker Barrel.

Had a lovely breakfast, lady serving us was very pleasant and professional. We had loads to eat and everything was piping hot. Can’t complain at all. Thank you lovely start to our holiday in Florida.

No waiting this afternoon. Good service. Enjoyed our meals. Very friendly staff.

Horrible service

Unbelievable value for money, massive portions and the food is so nice!! Kelli our server was a star!!

This Craker Barrel staff was so impressive for example this morning at 7 am the restaurant open prior to its opening I noticed an employee who's name is Pam cleaning the windows and as the lobby opened, Pam was there to seat the guest and after getting seated this young lady also took my order and served me as well...How many people in this industry is so customer centered...Keep up the Good work!

Our first day in town we came here for breakfast, our server Ginger was absolutely amazing, anticipating our every need with a lively personality, friendly smile, and style! Food was awesome, we got the country boy’s breakfast and the grandma’s breakfast. Very filling. Mimosas were good too, peach was definitely the best flavor if you like sweet, for more sour taste go with the classic. We came here on our last day, to see Ginger but she wasn’t working :(Psa: IF YOU COME HERE MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR GINGER, IF YOU WANT SOME EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! -love from Chicago
