Awesome ice cream Miss DeLynn fixed both our orders. My wife had the German chocolate cake. While I had the peanut butter cup perfection. She talked to us while making our order. Both were great. Well worth the wait. We sat outside enjoying them till it started to rain. So we moved inside.
Highly recommend this place, looks a new build here, first time this year trying the ice cream and its the best. Twice now we had tired 2 different types and they are delicious
The staff is always friendly, they are slammed in the evenings with the sunset walk crowd. I try to go earlier in the day. Great ice cream and awesome staff!
When visiting here, I always get the mint ice cream, and every time I get it, it is phenomenal no matter the place we get it. Would definitely recommend.
Okay so I bring my family in last night upon walking in I seen it was a person or two in there and the staff was looking friendly but when I got in there even though I was on the phone I was very close attention to everybody so when it's time for me and my family to order for some reason everybody's back went against the counter and it became a stare down and me and my family and I said hello three times nobody spoke you were just like what do you want to order and they were trying to push my order faster so I can get out of there faster and I even told the kid that I wasn't done ordering and then he shoved it back in my hand when I added something to my order and as he was making my order one of the girls had asked me if I needed something else but the demeanor the attitude and the vibe was very pushy as if I wasn't welcomed there being my first time in this specific one that has flavors that every Cold Stone didn't have so I was actually excited to be in there last night but the way that group made me feel am I 16 year old at that moment was very unnecessary as if we had done something wrong and they noticed us or something but I did not care for it and I won't be back for that because that felt very accusative and not to start accusing but it felt like some type of racism involved because I felt so unwelcome and I felt that type of unwelcome before so I'll be driving past that one tonight even give them my money because that was an unnecessary negative environment last night and even my 16-year-old who is new around here and has never been in a cold stone or had their ice cream was feeling some type of way and for a 16 year old to feel uncomfortable like that I think really put me over edge so I'm good on that Cold Stone in Margaritaville
Unfortunately this location fails when it comes to mobile ordering. I've ordered thru the app about 4 times and every single time I am 100% ignored by everyone working. I walk in and stand to the side, out of the line of people ordering, by the cash register. Never once has a worker looked at me, smiled, acknowledged my existence or said anything to me, even hello. I've had to interrupt and request my order. There's no signage for mobile pickup so I don't think I'm doing it wrong, even explaining how to pick up would be nice but I'm literally ignored, no one even bothers to say someone will be with me in a moment, it's crazy, I just stand there looking stupid.
My family and I while on holiday have been into cold stone quite a few times, the ice cream is absolutely delicious. Definitely the best in and around Kissimmee. The staff are always super friendly to us ! We did try a take away which was delivered and I wouldn’t recommend that as the driver left the ice cream on the step and never called to say he was there which we requested so the ice cream just melted everywhere.

Tried to pick up an order tonight and got ignored by two people but thankfully a gentleman in black grabbed my order. Don't know why they seemed annoyed with me before I even said anything.
Both me and my girlfriend asked for waffle cones, she got hers in a cup and mine in a waffle bowl. There's also very little seating, so we had to go to the public space where the music was. The preset flavor I got was decadent, almost too many flavors. It was fine but we probably won't go back.
