Truth be told, you can't beat a good Cicis!As a tourist with a dine4less card we were able to feed 4 of us for less than $33. There is a wide range of choice from soups to different pizza types. There's lots of salad available too so something for everyone. The pasta choice is very limited. Free soda refills for those who enjoy that.Staff are friendly and the restaurant is spotless.If you bring children, prepare to be nagged to let them play in the arcade area. Currently $10 for twenty credits which gets you access to four games.
5035 W. Bronson W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway I have taken my family and friends to this location EVERY TIME I visit the Orlando area. Have been very pleased in the past. Unfortunately, on Friday night July 1 at about 7pm it was HORRIBLE. Pasta and soup bowls were empty! Salad bar was limited at best. No cucumbers, onions, mushrooms, grape tomatoes, pineapples or even radishes. Manager and employees were fooling around with no attention to customer service.The pizza bar lacked the variety that was there in the past. Finally, the desert bar was empty of cinnamon rolls. This location needs a visit from a regional supervisor. NOW!!!
Visited this Cicis for the first time.Salad bar was good but not great ( missed better options like seeds, raisins, chickpeas, peas).Pizza was good & decent but not the best.Workers are friendly, respectful and attentive.
Went near closing and they were still putting out pizzas.Of course, it's a Cici's and you get what you pay for, quality of food wise.This one has a more extensive arcade than others I've been to, which was cool.For the most part staff was friendly. Some seemed fatigued (like I said, it was near closing, so that's to he expected) but no one was rude.Good experience.If you know you like Cici's, certainly not a bad one to go to.
Good environment and food is always so good after a long morning with the toddler. Great pizza with salad unlimited that for me is the best! Definitely recommend if your in the mood for pizza.
It’s a pizza joint at the end of the day. Good selection of pizza, which is an all you can eat. They have a salad bar but have pasta and sauce as well, which actually was very nice. Very good at keeping the pizza counter stocked. Very clean at this one, good price as well. Good if you are eating on a budget.
This was a quick and nostalgic visit for my daughter and me. Pizza choice was kind of limited (I know you can request), but it was consistent and everyone enjoyed. This Cici's had really good game choices, but you cannot get rewards and are limited to loading at least $5 which is pretty lame.

First the positives...good food as with all Cici's. Great table staff. Friendly atmosphere and you can't beat the price for a buffet. (and apparently they don't want you to!) Now for the ridiculous.....I found a coupon at their site and downloaded it to my phone which I have done many times at other locations. It brought the price down $5 on each of our six meals. When I presented it at the register I was told it couldn't be a download, it had too be live at the website. So we all stepped out of line and went to the website. Cell service was horrible so it took us about four minutes to get the coupon on one of the five phones. We got back in line and I presented the coupon. The manager now appeared and said it's only good for one person. So I paid for mine. Then, right in front of him I handed the phone to the next person to display the coupon.....and so on. He made us hold up the entire line while I racked up six separate credit card charges using the same stupid coupon! While we were eating I watched as he did this to everyone that presented the same $3.99 coupon to him. I even went so far as to tell all the people in line as we were leaving about the coupon and exactly how to present it to "Mr. I'm in charge here"! Because of the hassle I dropped from a 4 to a 3 for this review.
Pizza, salad, and dessert. Great value for price.The staff was super friendly and attentive.I appreciate that they have age tiers for kids. My 3 y/o barely ate a few bites, so the $1.99 price was reasonable.
