I like their food but their app and their inability to modify their orders is annoying. I think they're going to give me high blood pressure. I just want some bowls of rice with my order, kids like their rice. Can't do that from the app, can't call them. Such a simple thing. They Don't even let you get it from the drive-through window because that has to be ordered from the app. Eventually I will give up even though their food is tasty because they are so hard to order from.
We went in. My boyfriend eats a bowl with only rice, chicken, and black beans. I order my bowl, we get started. No white rice, we have to wait or take significantly less in our bowl. No black beans at all. I said never mind, scrap both orders, I am not going to pay $10 for a bowl with just chicken and the bottom scraping of the rice… like come on? What bothered me the most was the blatant rolling of the eyes from the attendant when I said sorry… we won’t be getting anything.I also prefer a salad bowl but the salad mix out was visibly brown… Overall disappointed as this chipotle used to be the bomb!
Clean, friendly staff, a little pricey for some items. Arrived shortly after opening and the shredded, chopped lettuce was turning brown. Obviously left over from the day before, should not happen if you want to keep customers coming back!
0 was not an option. While several employees were friendly and working hard, David was awful! He has no business at all working in any customer service related position. We watched him chatting with employees and not paying attention to customers or what he was doing all while there was about a 45+ minute wait. We overheard David make a rude comment about the customer ahead of us who had asked David to work on his order instead of talking to other customers. I made a comment to David that people were frustrated because his coworkers were working hard while he was screwing off and not helping customers. What David obviously didn't know was the people behind me in line were family and heard everything he said about me to his coworkers instead of doing his job. My brother in law and sister also had to ask him to finish their order. The manage was present and did nothing. Other workers in front were trying to get him to stop talking in front of customers and he still continued to be rude and talk about customers, me at that time.Absolutely unacceptable.
I got the Keto bowl, and on top of the greens drowning in the hot sauce…. The guac wasn’t guac it was three hard as a rock pieces of avocado. Really disappointed.
Good options, I really enjoyed the bowl and felt like a good amount for the money. Shame it has no dessert options but plenty of other places around. Friends got tacos and burritos and they were a little underwhelmed..
This was my first time having Chipotle and it was the best experience I've had. The food is kinda expensive BUT it will not let you down. You get so much food. I got the steak burrito bowl with white rice and black beans and the Steak is the best I've gotten from a "fast food" restaurant. This Location is very clean and properly staffed from the looks of it. Good work and I highly recommend this Location.
Food was tasty and plenty. Service was fast. Did not like the carton serving bowl (I know it is reciclable) because it absorbed the sauce from the black beans and made the rice dry.
I eat here regularly; Take out accuracy is about 80%. I order take out when it's busy so I don't wait in the long line, but when I do order inside the food is good, overall above average Chipotle.
Don't EVER come to this Chipotle. I'm local and EVERY TIME I come here there's a problem. Today I couldn't get water to drink because they had no water cups. They wouldn't dare give me a bigger cup. Disgusting! It would be nice if they cleaned the tables occasionally too.
