Called to place a delivery order. The young lady that answered the phone said they never deliver. Cool. Was going to place an order for pick up. My gps from time to time does not work correctly, so I ask what other business’s are around them (so I know what to look for)? She seemed very confused by the question. When I attempted to better clarify and let her know about my gps she snaps “I can just tell you the address!” Which at that point I tell her to enjoy her evening and hang up. We all have our day, but surely it can’t be that difficult to tell me what’s around you.
All the comments I have read about this place I tried it anyway. I have to say I had an awesome meal, the orange chicken and shrimp fried rice was great. The portion size some said in some comments were small, I had half of mine for dinner and the rest the next day. I will be back!
Ordered the honey wings with pork fried rice. The food was fresh and the wings were well fried that’s a plus. It barely had pork in the rice and the honey wings had to much garlic. I placed the order on the phone and pick up time was in twenty minutes. Got to the restaurant there were about four people in front of me that ordered over the phone and their order was not prepared or the restaurant was not aware. When I got up to the counter they asked for the last four numbers of my cellphone, I gave it to them the order was not there. Then they asked what I ordered provided the information the order was not there. They actually prepared the order once I was there as it was not taken over the phone. It took a total of forty minutes to get my food. They only accept cash, Visa or MasterCard. When I gave them my card to pay they asked if I had cash instead. They are very unorganized with orders, the trash was overflowing in the restaurant, and it was also messy. I honestly don’t think I’ll be returning.
Been coming here for 10+ years but last night was the 2nd time that I ate something from them that made me puke the next morning. The higher demand has brought down their protocols for more $$$ over customer satisfaction and safety imo.
Everytime I buy from this place the prices keep increasing. Also the egg rolls are oily and boneless rib are super hard. I will no longer buy from this place. Save your money.Oh yeah you have to repeat urself 3x because the ladies do not understand you. You need to hire the other American kids back for future customers
Big portions and unnaturally tender chicken makes me think this is low quality food. Quite greasy.
They offer online ordering, so we tried that. Not sure if that was why our order seemed to get “lost”, but we arrived at the time suggested for pickup, and waited in the lobby for over a half hour after already paying. When finally receiving our food I asked what took so long. Was told, “moo shu pork takes a long time to cook”. I know that’s bologna, but I’ll give him credit for coming up with some excuse, however lame. We purposely ordered items we are familiar with (moo shu pork and Mongolian beef combo) so we could make objective comparisons because this was our first visit. First impression was the amount of food was generous. More than enough for lunch the next day too. I noticed they forgot my egg roll for the combo. Was looking forward to trying theirs for comparison. We understand that every restaurant has their own take on certain dishes, but neither of us liked our food. They skimp on the meat, and most of our meals were fillers, mainly onions. Instead of having the leftovers for lunch the next day we just tossed it out. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the quantity of food, but the “quality” was very disappointing. We won’t bother returning.
Better than panda express!!! Try the lo-mein, the chow mein probably isn't what you think it is.
Most amazing scallops in Kissimmee without a doubt! Used to be a Japanese restaurant near my house when I was a kid that made them the same way and I've been looking for them ever since. Thank you guys so much for being amazing last night. I will be back! A promise and a warning lol
The mapo tofu was so nasty I didn't even finish half of it and it still made me sick the next day.
