The location it’s usually really busy.. they are amazing!! Every time we come we leave happy!! Nothing it’s free! You want something great.. it cost!! They’re excellent!! Not expensive like others say! You pay more in other places!! Size are big for the price!

We came here from New Hampshire: my Fiance, and 2 of our 3 kids. We had driven by the giant ice cream cone several times and we knew that before we were to head back to the icy cold weather in New England that we were going to stop at "Chilling Out" to get an ice cream. Everything was perfect from the wait time, the positive attitude of the employees, the prices and the taste of the ice cream.We would come back regularly if we lived here. We will go again on our next trip down here!!!!
They mixed up the whole ice cream order. My daughter ordered a chocolate ice cream cone and they gave her a vanilla ice cream cone. My son ordered a cup of chocolate with m&m and chocolate chips and they gave him a cup of chocolate ice cream, it was a disaster. I tried to fix it but I didn't have much success.
Giving two stars for lack of customer service, the young lady at the counter can use some customer service skills…
Really good ice cream. I came here with my mom and she had the red velvet and I had the Oreo. Good prices. They also have seats to sit down. I recommend coming here to have some ??
Visiting Orlando from San Francisco. Chance upon this place, eye opening experience. A lot of deep red politic signs at the place such as stolen election Trump is God such and such. The owner , truly a gentlemen from another era (Maybe confederate plantation era) or has some mental condition that required medication. The owner's attitude toward the customer is like all customers are trying to take advantage of him, All customers are like his enemy.
went here with my kids and im never coming here again, i waited 20+ minutes for 2 icecreams with no costumers on top of that they didnt fill in my kids icecream and there was a big hole in the middle on top of that the ice cream .wasnt blended correctly and had a taste of expired milk nothing else expensive as hell for something this bad .im not even sure why this place has a 4 star rating and inside the ice cream cup its worn out and broken out.
