Chili's is my go to place for alcoholic beverages. They are cheap and it makes it for a good happy hour. I had the triple dipper: sliders with double boneless buffalo wings. The street corn was really good it could use more cheese. The service was slow but the food was good. I left satisfied.
Wow!! Best describes today's lunch. I ate at this location on W Irlo Bronson. I was greeted and seared right away! My server was Kayla and she was fabulous! She was very attentive and bringing my drink refill she let me know my food would be out in a few minutes. Worth the wait as every bite was hot. Kayla brought me a to go box and thanked me for my visit. Before leaving I asked to speak to the manager as I wanted to let them know about my fabulous experience with Kayla. Troy also apologized for the delay and again I said it was definitely worth it. Aldo that I would be back.
Well first time I have got take out from chili's and I am very impressed! The food came well presented and hot! The soup starters was amazing! I would have been satisfied with a big bowl of that soup! Was delicious! The fajitas were awesome and there was so much of it. Would totally get take out here again. One thing I would change but this was just me trying it, the Mango tea, wasn't for me but at least now I know! Wish they has root beer to order.. weird drink but over in the staes they have it in most places on tap and it's awesome!

Was by far the busiest place on the strip so always a good sign. Visited Easter day for dinner and was quickly seated. Service was good and drinks refilled quickly. The food was great. Came out nice and hot and plenty of it so good value for money. Overall a good visit.
I'm not a huge fan of chilies but this location is big and clean and really nice. Staff was wonderful and the food came out fast and good! Can't really complain about anything. Everything tasted great. We only really ordered appetizers cause we were going to a dinner show later on but I liked this spot.
Food is good just ordered a ribs.Waited 20 min outside to get my order and checked into the phone text and selected what parking number I was at for curbside and Jandihel (the Togo order taker/curbside) said it was "very busy" but no cars was in the parking lot. I was the only one and he had 2 online orders sitting to be picked up. His response, "my bad"everyone I saw had to go inside to pickup their food. I've been to this restaurant before and the curbside isn't normally like this.I'm skeptical about ordering here again because of poor customer service and will be writing about this in my food blog online and to others as well.
Before my family and I were seated the hostess and our server explained that they were understaffed with only one server. We decided to stay and we were seated within 15 minutes. Our server, Sebastian was absolutely amazing!!! He had about 5-6 tables and he did not miss a beat. He had great energy and outstanding customer service. We even noticed the bartender stepping in to help clean off tables and bring out refills to the tables in the other section. We appreciated the fact that we were not rushed, although we were finishing our food around closing time. The staff even managed to sing happy birthday to at least 2 different parties while we were there. We had such a great experience, if you want one too all you have to do is ask for Sebastian :)
I went with my family we always go on weekends not really going to go in full details but I can say this was one of my top worst experience at a restaurant but our waitress kristy took forever with everything and she was very rude had an attitude our food was very disgusting I asked to Talk to the manager and the manger never came to my table I will never come to this Chili’s again
If you come to this Chilli ask to sit in a section that Luis has (by the bar). He’s here M-F typically through out there day. The most amazing server I’ve met and have had at any restaurant (even high end). Awesome attitude, great energy, very attentive and of course professional. We happened to come back on a subsequent day as they have some great lunch specials and the moment we walked in he recognized us and remembered what we had to drink. I have never experienced that at a restaurant especially if I’m not a regular there. Just absolutely amazing and we came back 3rd day in a row. He is the reason we came back.Not even the staff that greets or that sits you is this attentive and welcoming. He is a huge asset to this restaurant.
