If you can go to another store do that don't come here. Order is always messed up, ALWAYS. Today I ordered my usual egg white grill on a biscuit and got only bread and a egg. But I have 1 good thing to say, they have great customer service.
I had a wonderful time here. It was a quick drive through for my mother and I, but It was such an easy and amazing experience.Our food was delicious and we had two strawberry shakes which were delicious. Next time we go there we may wind up ordering the same again. Chicken sandwich, a Salad, some fruit cups, and two fries and two shakes. It was so good.
The best! Other fast food restaurants need to look at Chick Fil A and find out how to do service. You can't get better. The quality of food is also unrivalled at the price point they sell it at. Went at least once for breakfast, lunch and dinner during our 2 week stay. Quality of food and service consistently good. It's a dependable place you can rely on. Wish they'd open in the UK!
The best place for chicken and sauces. Of course my to go place for a bacon ?/egg biscuit is delicious. Pleasant and so friendly and delicious great food and coffee highly recommended this amazing place. Last day tomorrow on vacation back to Scotland ??????? so breakfast is our favourite place now.x
The food was good but ordered a large fry and instead got a small fry in a large box. not sure why they thought this was okay to serve.
There was no line when I arrived! Which is awesome! The first time I’ve ever experienced that at a Chick-Fil-a! I actually said that to the order taker in person when I ordered 3 chicken biscuits! They didn’t really acknowledge that but it was fine at that point. I went to the window to be greeted by a “less than desirable person standing in front of the drive through window in a uniform.” Extremely weird, but none the less he seemed pleasant at first. I was never acknowledged by him or staff when i pulled up to this situation and then people were handed food behind me while I waited on 3 chicken biscuits. Very strange!!!! I didn’t really care until when I got back to my house when I found out they had messed up my order! What a bad experience!!!!
Fine experience! Food and service is usually good and consistent across Chickfila locations. Just not a big fan of the company and their values, so I usually don’t like to spend my money there. There was also a slightly uncomfortable interaction between a customer and the store manager. I thought the manager was a bit rude. I also didn’t love that I only saw one employee wearing a mask, but it is Florida.
The staff is really nice but I always have issues with this location. This is the third visit where they charge me for large fries and I always end up with medium or small. I also asked for sauce and when I get home… nothing. I’m just gonna go to the one on 27th… it’s a bit farther but never had any issues. I payed almost 15 dollars for low quality.
When I order a large fry this is not what I expect to get. This with 3 chik fil a sauces pressing the fries down and napkins in there as well. This is a rip off. Medium size amount for large price. Pathetic
This location should probably just stop offering the curbside pickup option if they are going to ignore their customers out there. We waited no less than 10 minutes with all of the curbside spots full and no one got their order. I went inside and was told they were waiting on “fresh nuggets.” It’s funny because the drive thru line seemed to be moving just fine. This was easily my worst Chickfila experience ever. 0/10, do not recommend.
