I love this Chick-fil-a location. The food is always prepared perfectly and generally fresh. The kale crunch salads taste delicious. They managed to eliminate the natural odd flavor of kale and created a delicacy, in my opinion. They are very popular and healthy. This location which is closes to Disney is always busy but the abundant and joyous staff keep the customers moving efficiently along in the lines, without delay in service. Chick-fil-A also provides a 15% military discount with ID. A well rounded company with healthy food selections.
I love Chick-fil-A but this store is too chaotic. There’s limited parking, a confusing traffic pattern. It’s much too small for business they do. The whole experience is frustrating from start to finish.Everyone is very nice, but it’s just not an enjoyable experience to come here anymore.
We loved eating here, from the minute you step through the door to the minute you leave you are treated like a valued customer. The food available tasted excellent, couldn't fault any of it. The servers were polite, prompt and well presented. A nice touch was how they cleared away the rubbish from the table as you were eating. The toilets were clean and tidy. I loved the messages on the wall.

Scott opened the door and made us feel very welcome and checked up on us to see if we needed anything else and was extremely friendly. The wonderful lady that served us food was also great too but sadly didn't get her name. The food was very tasty, the restaurant was very clean and overall a wonderful all round service. After eating at a different local well known restaurant where we were made to feel very unwelcome it was very refreshing to have our experience here. We would certainly visit this place again as I honestly cannot fault it. I only wished we had this back in the UK. A big thank you to all those who looked after us on our visit we will certainly be returning :)

I wish every business would treat us the way i was treated here. Customer service goes above & beyond. A lot of the workers r young but extremely polite & helpful. Nothing is 2 much trouble. What a breath of fresh air when u r having a bad day!!
Horrible experience order the original chick fil a sandwich and an 8 piece chicken nuggets. Tasted decent going down but ended with food poisoning. Attached is after math.
Service is great, yes you pay more compared to other fast food but it's totally worth it. Most of the time the food is perfect. And when it's not, if you bring it to their attention they fix it. No questions asked! Wished they were open on Sundays ??. I'm obsessed with the frosted coffee wished it was larger!

As I was expecting ?????? the best service ever, I can have Chick-fil-A every day on my life, I love chicken ? we ate here 4 days on the road while visiting Orlando, ?? Gabby have a nice friendly personality, of course professional and attentive at her job, ?? and at the moment the Latino guy who was there taking care the trash cans, he was good as asking if everything was ok, ? I saw smiling faces all over ☺️ the best part was the system of run your food to your table ? outdoor patio and tables, what else can you ask? ??♂️ I would visit this location everyday I come back to Orlando ? % and also I met Hanna, she was super cool ? and friendly, I cannot feel very welcome no where else other than Chick-fil-A, I also work on Chick-fil-A back on 2006/07 and I love it, ? I think I will work here with such a great team as I observe the Managers on 4 different days on different hours ?? I 1000% recommended if you around to come over to this location!! ?
