Came through the drive thru today and Nikki at the Cashier was so awesome, she showed so much customer service. She should get a raise. Thank you so much for your hospitality Nikki.

We got soggy fries at this location; however what they did is instead of give us a new one they took our soggy fries and refried, so bad. One of the policies from Chick-fil-A is never return any food to the kitchen, this can cause cross contamination, but the did. Not a good place to go. Nick is very unprofessional. I advised the girl in the window that I am missing an item. He automatically came out the window and told me to bring my bag in. I told him, my wife is in the car eating but I’ll bring you a bag. Came back and showed him a bag, he looked and said there is the cover. You do have it. I told Nick, didn’t you listen to what I said? My wife is eating in the car.He looked at the receipt and said oh? You didn’t pay for an extra one. I told him that I ordered what ever I ordered on the window. The girl went back to to read my order and I paid. If somebody made a mistake it isn’t my fault. So he replied, I’ll give you another one but you have to pay for it. I told him, if somebody here made a mistake that isn’t my fault right? Then the girl replied, oh we aren’t perfect and make mistakes. So she acknowledged that a mistake was taken but nobody did anything to satisfy a customer.

Decides to dine in for an early dinner. Well staffed and very accommodating. Food was served fast and hot. Love the grilled nuggets and chick sauce. Had the delicious diet lemonade and it is really good and hard to believe it is really Diet. Tables were clean as well as restroom. I would go back again.

I am a frequent customer of chick-fil-A, and here, I was served by Risa, the kindest lady who have ever met. She made my experience at this restaurant the best ever.

I went to Chick-fil-A for sweet tea with a splash of unsweet tea and the lady ringing it repeated it back correctly and rung it up wrong. I ended up getting an Arnold Palmer which is horrible for me because the lemonade makes me puke. I then went to get what I asked for and ice because they gave me roughly 6 cubes the lady then said if I wanted ice I should have asked for it. I then asked for my refund of 32¢ and they wouldn’t issue it. Truett Cathy would be rolling in his grave with the way this chick-fil-a is

Manager Jonathan at restaurant #03495 has excellent customer service skills. Cashier Christian recommended the frosted lemonade... glad i tried it. It was an absolutel pleasure to visit.

Always good and they move you out of the drive - thru super kick

I can’t speak on the good because after what I saw, that’s a no thank you for me. Floor is greasy, just waiting for someone to fall and get a large settlement. The bathroom unkept. But, for me the worst part was all employees didn’t have on gloves while handling food. The kids working there were picking there eyes, scratching their hair, holding the broom all while handling food. You can clearly tell that the place is not kept. A lady speaking Spanish seamed to be the manager kept walking up to a table of clearly her family members . Kissing them all and bring a unmarked bag from the bag filled with……. Then they left. Seems like this store needs some looking into. Sorry not sorry.
