Our server Michael was awesome. The food was absolutely fantastic, the lobster bisque and lobster mac were my favorites.
This was our first visit and it did not disappoint. Timothy provided excellent service. The food was amazing. Annette, the manager, stopped by our table twice to check on us. I had left our table in search of the restroom. I was met quickly with a very nice staff member who somehow knew what I was searching for and then lead the way. What an overall great dining experience. Also, the valet attendants were fantastic. We will definitely return!

The wagyu steak was amazing . Little pricey . But very good.
Well, what can I say?? Completely unexpected. The experience was incredible from start to finish. From the valet parking, Jose, what a nice guy, to the servers, chefs and the whole team all were completely fabulous. As for the food, this has to be the best steak that I have ever tasted - don't worry about sharing, that is completely cool - to be honest, as a Brit, I probably couldn't eat one to myself anyway!! The sides were sublime, with the much maligned cauliflower as the star of the show. If I could get our bar chef in the UK to deliver food of this standard, I'd be a very happy man!! You MUST go here!!
My husband and I were in Orlando for a conference at Gaylord. We ventured offsite for dinner and came upon Charleyâs Omg an amazing experience. The service was excellent the food outstanding and the ambiance was warm and inviting! Highly recommend. Kudos to management to be able to offer this type of experience with the challenges of staffing constraints many restaurants face today. Whatever your secret sauce is keep doing it!!!!!
