What an awful experience! My son and I tried to have dinner here tonight. We are locals and thought we would give the place a try. Well, after the party of 3 in front of us got seated after a lengthy wait, imagine our surprise when the kid refused to come back and seat us. As we left, I said something and he had the arrogance to get an attitude. No worries, we were assured by a guest seated outside that the food and service sucked and we were smart for giving up as he wished he could have since his experience was so bad. Don’t get me started on the wide load blonde that appeared to be the manager laughing when I said no one came to the hostess stand to seat us. Stay far away! I’m not a tourist so I will warn all my guests that I interact with at my job to steer clear of this place.

I went in for a take out order The service was horrible, They changed my tip from $2 to $7.

The pizza was amazing. The meatball sub was even better.

Ordered 2 pizzas , sausage and pepperoni. very scant amts of sausage and pepperoni. Will not order again.

We have been to capone’s lots of times and normally love it! Today it was absolutely terrible! Ordered 16 in pizzas we were served 12 in pizzas! Manager Carmen came over she was extremely condescending asked if we wanted 9 inches more of pizza! We also told her that our one pizza was missing a topping she said she is having them make us a new 12 in pizza with only 6 slicesFirst we ordered a 16 in pizzaS which is 8 slices. We were a party of 10! No apology or anything! At that

The food was very good. Felt a little sorry for the server, seemed like he was the only one on the floor and it was getting busy.

We are from Vancouver BC Canada

Great service. Great food. Great atmosphere. Great selection. Great price.

My husband and I were initially excited to try this since we're visiting from Chicago. Although rhe pizza was mediocre at best, the meatballs and pasta carbonara were delicious. When we first arrived the restaurant only had 2 other tables filled. Should have been our first clue. The waitress we had was outstanding. I wish I had her name. She had hair in ponytail and a red/burgundy dress which was suppose to fit into the time period of al capone. We started with the Italian mule drink which was delicious. Our waitress was hostess, waitress, bartender, etc. She was the only staff actually working. The manager was yelling at one of the employees to punch time card on time. 5 employees were gathered around the bar laughing loudly and another employee was training a new waiter. All of these distractions took away from the ambiance. Then we had the meatball appetizer which was delicious. Meatballs tasted soft and luscious. The marinara was thick and flavourful. Next we has pasta carbonara which was definitely homemade pasta and cooked perfectly aldante. The biggest disappointment was the pizza. The menu says 800 degree oven which I do not believe they temp checked before cooking my pizza. The employee and trainee brought our my pizza which was under cooked after waiting 15 minutes.it was also not sliced. That was acceptable when I was in Italy, but capones in Kissimmee is not Italy. Our wonderful waitress took a look at it and immediately took it back saying it wasn't cooked. We waited another 15 minutes before it was finally returned to our table. I have a wood burning pizza oven at my home which is maintained at 720 degrees when making pizza and it takes 5 minutes to cook fully. The pizza dough was under cooked even with 30 minutes of cooking. Plus each topping they charge extra for which normally is ok but when there are 5 pieces of sausage on the entire pizza and 6 slices of mushrooms its robbery. If you charge extra there should be toppings on every slice of pizza. All said, if you want pasta or meatball then it's a great place. If you want pizza, keep looking. I'm from Chicago and their statement of true Chicago pizza is insulting to any true chicagoan.

We sat at the bar outside so we could have a drink, a bite to eat and watch a football game. We waited a long time to even be acknowledged. Our waiter spent a lot of time peeking out the door at us, but not really checking on us. We were entertained watching the employees, dressed in very unflattering themed outfits, trying to get out of work. The tables behind us were empty for an hour, and once in a while someone came out and picked up a few dishes, there were still dirty dishes on these tables when we left. These employees, need some kind of training or something. The meatball sandwich we shared was very good, as were our drinks. Not surprisingly, our bill was wrong and took forever to get cashed out.
