The ENTIRE food part of things has changed (No more BUFFET), and nowhere near for the better. Small menu same Marinara Sauce used on pastas, lasagna, chicken parmesan, and cheese sticks. Sandwich meats were excessively salty. Show & Staff were good. They were out off a few Soda choices from the beginning, including Sweet Tea. Zero dessert options, they bring out a turnover for everybody at intermission.
It was a great show! The food was amazing! I definitely would love to see this show again
my guest and I had a great time with the show and are waitress Kiki was excellent she took care of us.. the show was great even when the weather out side was horrible this was may 21.. Go visit Capone's and have a great time with cast and staff
The second time here for us and the first since the lockdown, a lot has changed here and for the better... I booked online and we opted for the upgraded package for our visit and so glad we did and I would so recommend it for only a few extra dollars we got in over an hour early while the line outside went right down the building, Entry is gained by the secret door with the right password... we were given excellent seats near the stage and free drinks all night that included alcoholic drinks too... win win… we were served by Lucky a really great guy with loads of enthusiasm for the show, the service has changed from a buffet to table service obviously due to covid and this has improved the experience immensely in my opinion, the food was fab and plenty of it obviously with an Italian theme, I went for the lasagne and it was not too shabby. The show is still the same, plenty of singing and dancing with a bit of improv and audience participation thrown in "get outta here" So if you are visiting in the area I would deffo recommend a visit to this speak easy for a night in 1930's Chicago, tell em Vinny sent ya...
OMG! It was amazing!!! The show was good and funny. The drinks unlimited and the food was OK. The staff was awesome, especially our server Lucky!! The people we sat next to were friendly, conversations were good. Truly enjoyed it!
A fun experience with unlimited alcohol (get an an Uber lol). The food was good but not great. The entertainment was funny and had lots of crowd participation. The sound system seems a little pitchy at times. It is set up like a speakeasy and is interesting and different. Overall, this made for a fun evening, and we would revisit!
Great! There is a full bar with good bartenders. The food was really good. The portions were large and the entrees were enjoyable. Our server, Lucky, took good care of us and was entertaining. The show was fun. We laughed all night. VIP tickets got us right in front of the stage and early seating but meant we were there for 2 hours before the show. It wasn’t necessarily a bad thing as they kept our drinks full the whole time however, if you prefer less time between dinner and the show I recommend arriving at 7. We will go back again.
Food was delish - service impeccable However we were VIP and our table for 2 was in the balcony. We arrived at 5:30 and show didn’t start till 8.15. It was so cold in the balcony. I asked the waiter about making it a little warmer and was told the box was locked. The air conditioning was blowing constantly in our faces. I started getting an earache And we decided to leave. We tipped the waiter 20.00 and left at 8:40. Very upset Was my birthday and will never go back.
so much fun! the show was really funny, very entertaining and the staff was fantastic. The food and drinks were yummy, we had an awesome time!
Capone's was a great time. the food was awesome, the staff was incredibly accommodating. Lucky our server made us believe he was our personal butler. Best service we've ever had. the show was entertaining and a lot of fun. Great time for everyone.
