The hostess, whom is an older woman, is absolutely horrible and does not have any customer service skills. She started to ask my husband if we need a sling for the baby carrier and my husband replied no before she finished her sentence. She stated, “LET ME FINISH MY SENTENCE” in a demeaning manor as she stared him down. The pizza sat under the light for 20 minutes and came out ice cold. 15 minutes after we got our pizza we asked where our sandwich was and it had been sitting under the light for god knows how long. Also, we were not offered any refills. The restaurant was not busy.

Very good pizza, just took a while to get it. Would definitely go back if I lived here.

cool place. very different themed restroom. Great pizza. our server went above and beyond, we had a 2 year old

Pizza was amazing!!!!!! It was pretty dead inside. Food didn’t take to to long but we did have to bust out a charades game on the phone to pass the time, so maybe it was a little wait. The bruschetta was very good too!! The only reason I didn’t give a full star review is because when we were leaving their was a dead roach on the floor.

Not sure why this place only has 4 stars. Went here on the Saturday of Memorial weekend around 8pm. We got seated straight away (even though the place was busy) by a very welcoming older Lady. The atmosphere was excellent and the theming and decor inside made this place special. Our server was great and always on hand to assist. We had to ask for a replacement Caesar Salad but this was done promptly and with no issues. The pizza was amazing and we all enjoyed it. If you like Coal fired pies, good atmosphere and an all round great restaurant experience come here! You won't be disappointed!

We ordered the “worlds famous wings” and the only thing they had to do with famous is that they are the worst wings I’ve ever had. Reheated dry wings. The pizza was a tomato soup with a little bit of cheese.

What an awful experience! My son and I tried to have dinner here tonight. We are locals and thought we would give the place a try. Well, after the party of 3 in front of us got seated after a lengthy wait, imagine our surprise when the kid refused to come back and seat us. As we left, I said something and he had the arrogance to get an attitude. No worries, we were assured by a guest seated outside that the food and service sucked and we were smart for giving up as he wished he could have since his experience was so bad. Don’t get me started on the wide load blonde that appeared to be the manager laughing when I said no one came to the hostess stand to seat us. Stay far away! I’m not a tourist so I will warn all my guests that I interact with at my job to steer clear of this place.

First time & definitely not the last. I took my mom here who’s visiting from NJ & we LOVED it. Sat outside at the bar & received amazing service from Alec & Sabra. Drinks were great! The fettuccine alfredo was to DIE for! We had the meatballs as an appetizer too & couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you guys for ending my moms first night in Florida outstandingly! xx

Welcoming, yet mobster like atmosphere. Pizza was a 3 only because we wished it was cheesier. It was also over cooked and dry. Otherwise, decent drinks and kind service.

The decor/theme is fun.The food was terrible. I was specifically told to try this restaurant a friend tried it in Ft. MyersEverything here was bland and desperately needed salt. So disappointed in everything other than the bruschetta.
