The portions were big. The burger was good, but I wasn't a fan of the fries. The staff were friendly; however, there was a bit of a language barrier when we tried to order. It's more of a fast food restaurant but more expensive. The atmosphere of the seating area was not as welcoming. There was outdoor seating. Those tables were very dirty. The location was on a round-about and rather confusing in terms of where to park. You need to park around the back of the building. There were lots of people picking up orders. They parked on a little side area of the round-about.
So far this spot hits different. Not your average 5 guys, in & out, smash burger type of restaurant. They use American wage beef for their burger meat. Which gives and excellent bark on the burger with a soft flavorful inside. We ordered the Parmesan truffle fries too and extremely delicious and filling!
I had the best experience there yesterday! Very clean… food was great the staff was amazing! I want to give a special shout out to the guy that helped me I’m not sure of his name I think it’s Davon he was really young had a short blond haircut. His Mannerism was perfect. I will definitely be returning because of him. If I could give more than five stars I would????
Best burger place we’ve been to! They have the most respectful employees, great attitudes and super friendly! Food was excellent! Definitely will be coming back. 10/10
First time here.... so good!! My 10yo keeps asking if we can go back. The family size fries was too much for this party of 4 but they reheated nicely...so go ahead and order the family size to share ?The CEO burger was fantastic, I did substitute the Swiss for cheddar.... next time I think I'll add lettuce and tomatoe.The breakfast burger was super yummy and I wouldn't change a thing!
This location has the best staff!!! And the outdoor space is dog friendly.

Didn't have a pleasant experience. The place is not so clean and it took a while to get our meal (after they missed our order and switched to another customer). The ketchup cup as posted in the picture is to shallow and looks a lid, I'm guessing this is a way to save ketchup but honestly this is not an experience that a customer want, taking 10 ketchup's lids instead of just catching 3 with a normal cup)
Today once agin the Staff at Burger Fi did and outstanding job! The food was perfect and hot delicious and delivered to our table. The one employee did a great check back and gave our group a special surprise. We had a out of town friend eating with us and we had a great time visiting.
my family and I tried burgerfi for dinner which was absolutely delicious. Clean and quick service. Keep up the good work !
