Worse service in the area. Better wings elsewhere. Don’t bother calling to place orders, don’t answer and if they do you’ll be on hold and forgotten. Look at your receipt for take out. They auto apply a 10% tip in addition to a “take out” fee. I wouldn’t have an issue with these fees if the service was reasonable. Never coming back.
Ordered online yesterday and when I arrived at my scheduled pickup time, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my food. There were 3 other people impatiently waiting for their food as well. The hostess and the online counter worker were very unapologetic about the situation which tells me it must be the norm. Food was decent as I expected but the online order system expected time doesn’t seem to matter to them much. A simple apology to all of the waiting customers would’ve gone a long way.
The worst costumer service of all Buffa Wilds.No one at the host station.Suddenly after 5 minutes the lady sitting next to the host it was the “Host”What you what! Was her welcoming.Her name is Maya.Please save your money and viait a different restaurant.On the way out I spoke to Rich it seem to be from a different states and got tranfer.He was great!
I was not happy about waiting an hour and 10 minutes to get my delivery but then is was almost 20 minutes late, my foods cold and dried up and my wife did not receive her honey BBQ sauce on the side. Pathetic. I'm eating it cause I'm starving after so long but this will be my last order ever.
I have never been so disappointed at B Dubs. I have been to many locations all over and this was the worst. Start off with being sat down and waiting 10 minutes to even get water. Then the server comes over and blames it on the hostess but tells us he will make it the best experience. We listed to 2 kids scream the entire time we were there. Just constant screaming. Food comes out and it is wrong, didn't even get the fries we ordered. Spent the next 11 minutes looking for the waiter to correct the order. WE WEREN'T EVEN GIVEN SILVERWARE TO EAT! Finally when he comes back we just tell him we are going to get the food to go...while a child is screaming at the top of hits lungs. He brings back the fries....COLD! Listen, I blame the parents for the children but I am sure you can offer the parents some incentive to leave because the children are disrupting operation. Anyways beware of this location.
Place is dead empty. Outside closed. Half of the restaurant inside empty. The other half full like sardines in a can. Host greets our family with a “it’s going to be a 35 min wait” and an attitude. They forgot wings are served anywhere. And at their place there’s not that many options to eat. We could live without it.
The two stars is them getting the food order mostly right. The details they missed were huge and affected my experience. I ordered blue cheese with my wings. Tow of them. None were in the bag. Then the chips and salsa... the salsa was frozen solid. Disappointed, because I otherwise love this chain and have had only positive experiences until this.
We always love going to BWW when on hols. This time at this outlet.....it fairly sucked. Some serious front of house staff retraining required about looking after customers. Food was basically cold by the time we got it and looked like it was flung together. Very poor when they expect you to provide a tip at the time of ordering your food! It has put us off this location, we will try another on our next visit, hopefully it's just isolated to this branch. I was that put off by the experience , I'd rather go to McDonald's!
Wish I could put zero stars. The service at this location SUCKED. My wife and I placed an online takeout order, got to the store at the designated time and wound up having to wait an hour and a half to get our food. Even when we got our food there was no sauce on the wings and they didn’t give us the condiments we ordered with our food. When we told the manager she wasn’t apologetic or seemed like she even cared and the girl that handed us our food insisted she put the items in there when she had obviously not. Wouldn’t recommend this place at ALL. For real if you want fast service don’t go here.
Party of 5. Not at a busy time. All of our orders came out 5 minutes apart. Had to wait for silverware. They got my order wrong 2x then offered to male it again. By this time the family was done eating. I decided to just forget it. They took my order off of the check but then charged me for my side that came with the entree. Never was visited by a manager to make it right. Very unsatisfied.
