I give up. We were ordering 2-3 times per week, since January when we discovered their food was great. However, they stopped sending what we actually ordered an started just sending whatever they felt like, apparently. The first time it happened, I posted on their FB page stating that I didn't need any compensation or anything like that, just ... could they maybe please be careful. Got a nice response, claiming they were mortified. But then the exact same thing happened next order. This time, they claimed to be mortified and said they were holding a meeting to talk to their kitchen staff ...stated that they weren't reading tickets, acted like they really cared and were trying to rectify the situation. So we tried again. The exact same thing happened. When I called and said "Hey, you didn't send me what I ordered / here's what I ORDERED vs here's what I got ... " I was greeted with rudeness. The person on the phone said he was the bartender. I asked if there was any way they could just make the kitchen aware of what was ACTUALLY being ordered, as I had submitted and paid for a total reorder. (So now I was out nearly $50 but had nothing I could actually eat to show for it.) The bartender claimed he "has no way of" communicating w/ the kitchen and I'd get what I'd get. He also refused to pass me to a manager or anyone else that might be able to communicate w/ the kitchen. I hung up and crossed my fingers that they'd send what I ordered this time, as what else was there to do? Well .. eventually my (again:fully paid for) reorder showed up. This was hours after the order was placed, so it was ice-cold and congealed, but also it did not remotely resemble what I actually ordered. I called and said, "Hey, you sent the wrong thing again." The bartender argued with me, literally called me a liar and disconnected. I've since spoken to lots of other customers and a couple of their ex-employees. All report that, as long as you eat what they give you without complaint, all goes well. But the minute you mention that they've made a mistake they become hostile, even insulting. So. Sadly, we'll not be back. Buyer beware. If anything goes wrong, you'll be treated poorly to the point of verbal abuse and be out your money.
Very nice pizza place to sit outside and enjoy good food. The restaurant has a plenty of seating indoors and outdoors and looks neat inside.Even despite staff shortages these days, they made our pizzas quickly and they looked appetizing. Our server was friendly and attentive, so overall experience was great. Certainly worth trying!
Terrible service. First time going and will never come back. Service was terrible. We ordered mozzarella sticks for an appetizer and they never came. The waitress actually never came back to the table to check on us either.. I had to get up to ask where our appetizer was and at this point our food. We waited about an hour and a half. The kitchen was all types of lost with the order that we placed. And we constantly got up for waiters. For drinks. Food. Etc. it was also our first time going… we also watched other people get their food before us. ALSO There was barely any people in the restaurant
Buyer beware. The food is AMAZING ... they just may or may not make you what you want, is the thing. So I'll correct my statement to say that, when they make what I actually order and pay for, it's amazing. Four of my last 6 orders were wrong. The 2 that weren't wrong? SO GOOD. The first 2 they got wrong they were very apologetic and seemed to care. The last 2? They literally called me a liar and hung up on me. So I guess we had a good run, but now? They refuse to make what was ordered. The other night, I ordered & paid over $37, they sent the wrong pizza. I had to place another order and therefore checkout on another $20+ bill, and ... rather than making what I ordered on the re-order, they literally made the same exact thing as they had the first time. I asked both the bartender and manager to just ask the kitchen to make what I actually ordered, but apparently that was asking too much. The bartender informed me that he's "not allowed to talk to the kitchen at all", and the manager literally hung up on me. So ... beware ... or dine here if you're willing to eat just anything potentially, instead of what you order.
great pizza, the wings were amazing and their Zeppoles amazing. Great experience
My daughter and I called at the Broadway Pizza Bar and I have to say it's the nicest pizza I've ever had, (even been to italy). There was ample enough food on the smallest portions and the sandwiches (meatball sub) was lovely with a pasta salad. Staff were attentive even though they were short staffed. The food was reasonably priced. Very good value and very tasty.
Different than New York pizza but definitely delicious. If you're looking for pizza with a nice buttery crust and crispy soft bites then you will be surprised here. It was our first time getting take out and I was pleasantly surprised at their take on buffalo chicken pizza. My wife ordered half broccoli and she loved her slices. I devoured the garlic knots and was left wanting more. I will definitely be visiting to eat here next time since I loved the pie.
Really cozy place and they have a little band playing good songs. Gluten free pizza was good!
I had the Chicken Ceasar Wrap and I added dried cranberries and apples..It is so good. From the appetizers to the entrees ,this place is amazing. Amazing ? staff a great ,only beer and wine are served. Definitely worth the stop in?❤
My new favorite pizza spot. It's truly delicious and the environment is great. The serves are really nice. The only thing is that there isn't enough staff, so it takes a while to get your order.
