This 5 star rating is for the staff, who went above and beyond, the buffet price because after 2 lobsters and two sides you already got you’re money’s worth. If you are not a seafood lover then this price doesn’t make sense for you. I suggest you go to Golden Corral which is right next door. My favorites besides the lobster was the smoked salmon and the cold shrimp.the calamari was also pretty good. The crab legs were just ok but I was there for the lobster in which I ate 7. I didn’t indulge in any thing else because the rest of the food was not worth it.
Crab Legs were Mushy. Lobster was hard and Rubbery, Quality of all the other food was not good. REST ROOMS WERE DISGUSTING !!!!
Amazing ? the staff were super accommodating. I ate until I was completely stuffed. I loved how the server came back to check on me. The manager was really great he came to see if there was anything that I need and was concerned about how I was doing. If you're in Orlando I would highly recommend Boston feast you get your money's worth. The crab legs are cooked to perfection not overcooked or undercooked. The lobster is phenomenal I mean you get a whole lobster claws and all. I'm looking forward to my next trip in Orlando just to return to Boston feast thank you staff for all the hospitality I really felt at home.
We visited for Father's Day. Our waiter was Ismail. He was very attentive to our needs. The facilities are nautical, very clean and spacious. There are a wide variety of hot 'n cold seafood and non seafoods items but their specialty is Lobster crab legs and shrimp. I was pleasantly surprised when the waiter said the cocktails were 2 for 1. To end the meal, there's an array of mini desserts at the dessert bar. My Grandson, who's only 5, ate 3 plates and loved every bite. We all had a great time. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys buffets.
Wow what an experience! The food, delicious! The staff, friendly and ready to go. I went for father’s day and it was amazing! Our first time!
This was on my bucket list for a while now. It did not disappoint! The lobster was good but the star of the show to me was the crab - snow crab legs, Cajun boiled crab and crab claws on ice! The sushi was good as well as the sides (especially liked the corn casserole). Also, be sure to try the lobster bisque and flan for dessert. The waiter was excellent! We had a lot of fun!
My wife & I decided to relax & enjoy a seafood day at Boston Lobster Feast at the 6071 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34747 location. We drove 45 minutes to arrive at the location from our home. We were greeted at the front door by many employees smiling faces & welcoming remarks. (we had just arrived & they had just unlocked the door & opened at 2:00pm). We found the food quality to be very average for a buffet. At $65.00 each we really expected more than just average food & presentation, but it is just a BUFFET (but with small whole lobsters! Take that away, it's just a &15.99-$17.99 buffet at most)! We were seated in a booth, my seat had open torn crack which I had to sit on either side of due to comfort & cleanness of exposed cushion pad concern. Our server was polite, professional & attentive & made our visit fine. However, male management with a loud voice was using very disgusting vulgar language towards employee(s) in back of the restaurant! The "F" & "GD" words along with many others were so loud it was as if he was sitting at our booth!! This immediately ruins our dining experience. My wife was offended to the point that she said "pay the bill, let's just leave now"! She called one of the female (manager I assumed) & I discussed the disgusting filth taking place & that we wanted our check & we would not be returning in the future! She simply apologized, called a brief employee meeting to state what had happened & our discussion with her. She then returned to our table & stated that she had addressed it with the employees & was once again sorry. (Male Management was the problem, so I'm unsure as to why she talked with so many of the employees?) BOTTOM-LINE: Very unprofessional management at this location! No apology by the male manager. LOUD, rude, & disgusting, offensive foul language! A total waste of hard earned (retirement) money! We will NOT return to this business & will advise family & friends of our bad experience! Normally we have very good experiences & have never placed a negative review, however this was disgusting & had to be placed in a review! PS: Children were located with parents/adults much closer to the vulgar language than we were. Unacceptable & NOT worth the $$$$!
First off this location is new so if there are kinks it’s to be excepted. The other location compared to this one seemed smaller as this location had room to actually breath.Waiter : His name is Brandon and he was phenomenal not only in his service but the ability to attended us without us asking.Location: located on busy area in Kissimmee it is located possible in a great area with minimal traffic and tourist activity, which makes it great as far as wait time.Food : The food was hot and fresh also the people behind the bar were courteous and professional when serving the food. There were constant checks as far as food freshness.Management: The manager went table by table to ensure the service delivered was the best. Not only that but when a spill occurred was the first to get the job done so that our experience wasn’t bothered.Pricing : this is the part that everyone hates, but for the price you are getting the most for said price. To put into perspective I went to a known seafood place and paid more for less than I did here. So it is very well priced here than anywhere else.Overall everyone worked well and in unison for us to have the greatest dinner in Central FL. Best part it was a walk away from our resort.
My man lit up when he saw this restaurant! It was $65 per person seafood buffet. That had a pretty decent selection but smaller portions. Not a lot of variety but not bad for the price. Great server and we left full and happy. Not a place for anyone that dislikes seafood. And not a place for small children really.
Came here for dinner, and it cost around $60 per person. Hubby made full use of it as he had three lobsters! A server on an accompanying table also showed us all how best to remove the meat from a lobster, which was fab! I didn't actually the lobster and went for the other buffet items instead. The cost of this is worth it if you like lobster and are very hungry.
