Come here everyone once in awhile and usually don’t have a problem, but this last time the service was very poor. Our waiter forgot about us and we ended up having to flag other staff to get service. The food we ordered came at such drastically different times the other person had already finished their meal by the time I received mine. It wasn’t even at a busy time of day. The food itself was okay, but I can’t say the service justified the price.
The environment is nice. Staff were very friendly.Boneless was good, beer glaze was ok.Wedge salad missed a lot of sauce, it only was on top, meat was good.Mini pizza was really mini, for $14 I thought that was bigger, it was soggy but tasted good.Tuna salad was ok, but 7 pieces of tuna, lacking sauce, only salad.Burger was ok.
We used to love going here for a date night. The past few times have been absolutely awful. I understand that they may be short staffed but that does not excuse employees walking past the host stand and blatantly ignoring customers. We waited over 15 minutes along with others trying to get seated. Employees walked past, saw people waiting and never addressed anyone or at least have the courtesy to say, the hostess will be with you shortly. My husband and I finally left after 15 minutes of no one coming to the hostess stand. We went next store to the Mexican Restaurant and had to wait but at least were acknowledged.We decided to try again this past Monday, our server took forever to greet us. I ordered the shrimp tacos and it came out without any of what was described in the menu. They gave me 3 little shrimp with some sauce on a flour taco. When telling our server, she said she would let the manager know. She then told me, the kitchen was out of all the fixings that were to be on the tacos. The manager never addressed it and we were charged full price. It was disappointing as the service, the quality of the food has gone down. Being a server previously, communicating with the customers, acknowledging customers goes a long way. We won’t be back.
After waiting 30 minutes for a table, we were stuffed into a hi-top booth elbow to elbow with no room for the hi-chair we told them we needed. I finally convinced the unconcerned hostess to let us move to a larger booth. We waited another 15 minutes standing by the booth for it to be cleaned. Wait staff kept walking past, but didn't offer any help. Until Jeremiah came by, he asked if we were being helped, so we told him about our wait. Immediately, he had 2 people cleaning the table. Five minutes later Keith was there taking our order. Both gentlemen took very good care of us.This place is lucky to have Jeremiah and Keith as employees because they are better than BJ's!We won't be back.

Great lunch or dinner dining option. Lots of food and drink options, tasty & reasonably priced. I found most of the staff that I interacted with friendly and cordial. Restaurant was clean and also has TVs throughout the dining + bar area to catch up on any games that may be on. Also, can’t leave without trying their famous Pizookies dessert - delicious!
I went there last night with my cousin, we sat at the bar and had a couple of drinks and the pot stickers and the Avocado egg roll, they were really good and tasty. The bartender was really attentive; really fast service, although it was a slow night it seemed. Good place over all.
Josh was our waiter he was awesome. Santa Fe crispy chicken salad was delicious generous portions on chicken and salad. Great sweet tea
Got seated right away and got served drinks within 10 minutes. Our waitress looked like she didn't wanna be there and did not even smile once. It took an hour to get our food and it wasn't even hot. Ordered dessert the same time we got our food and had to wait another 45 minutes for that. If you've never been here, I wouldn't recommend coming. Will not be coming back.
Exemplary service, from Nicole, our Hostess, very pleasant and accommodating; to Rich, our Server patient and extremely helpful. Nicole booked our luncheon over the phone, then called us the day we were visiting to let us know our table was ready: very professional and very friendly. Rich, explained dishes, made suggestions, changed orders and fulfilled special requests, all with a beautiful smile. He was FANTASTIC. The menu is extensive, the food delicious and the portions plentiful. By the way, remember, it's a Brewhouse as well. Lots and lots of beers and the Long Island Iced Tea was great.
