We enjoyed Bento, everything was delicious and very quick service. Plenty of outdoor seating. We will diffidently go back.

Well for starters, every meal is well cooked, hot, presentation was excellent, customer service is friendly and making the customer a priority. The tables were clean. Napkins, utensils, chopsticks, and condiments are plentiful. Price point is very affordable for the amount of food you will recieve. My chicken and fried rice was very tasteful, a huge and very seasoned bowl. The sweet orange chicken with noodles was also very tasty and a good portion of food was served with this dish. A children's portion of noodles, green beans, and teriyaki chicken was all well cooked and tasty with just the right portion for a child. One of the best Asian fast food restaurants in my top 5. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Sushi was good but not great. The size of the specialty rolls was much bigger than expected but the proportion of the actual sushi inside was very small. The atmosphere was very nice!
One of the server was very unpleasant, I requested something at the menu replacing one ingredient and the cashier did it without problem, when the server bring me the order without the change that I ordered, she showed a disappointment face and told me that she have to charge something additional, I paid and in the receipt putted additional sauce. Very bad service.
When you Uber eat this restaurant does not staple or seal your food with a sticker ect. I’ve ordered multiple times kept thinking it was a oversight but ordered again today 4/15/22 still occurred.
Would give a zero if I could! Ordered 3 items at 8:08 with pick up time of 9:00. As of that wasn’t a crazy enough wait time, it actually wasn’t ready til 925! I could’ve gone to the grocery store, shopped, driven home and prepared the food myself in that time. Staff reports there is a 20 minute delay once an online order is placed until they get it, and even if that’s true, it should NOT take an hour to get counter service food!
Amazing food! Ate a few times at Bento in Margaritaville. Absolutely delicious food and the staff are really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!!
You take money from customers through Door Dash and do not pack half the food. My choices are a refund (which you hold for 5-7 days) or come get my food. Why did I order delivery if I wanted to come pick it up? Why do you get to hold my money? It’s unacceptable. Do you deliver half of an order to a table and say oh well? Fix your issue. If you cannot look at a receipt and pack the items then you shouldn’t be in business.
