Awful customer service specially they never have anything you ask for. I order through uber, as usual apparently they do not have enough pralines ice cream and they just add whatever is left barely nothing, any topping no whip cream or almonds.
Horrible! They never have anything you ask for. An ice cream place that never has the regular ice cream flavors like Vanilla or Chocolate. They never have none of the wet or dry toppings they advertise. If you order through uber, they never follow the order and just add whatever they want instead of advising the uber they do not have what you ordered. Please remove yourself from uber eats and doordash because that is literally false advertisement. People do not waste your time visiting at least this baskin robbins on Simpson Rd, Kissimmee, FL.
Ordered dairy free ice cream through DoorDash. This restaurant decided along with the driver that because they didn’t have any dairy free ice cream that they could simply use whatever and decided to poison me, as I’m allergic to dairy. Which I stated in the order.I called to confirm with the manager who stated simply, “i’m just a manager, sorry.”

Ordered sundaes on door dash TWICE. Both times ordered cherry ice cream and BOTH times they gave us strawberry. My wife is DEATHLY allergic to strawberries... How do you substitute cherry for strawberries?!?! Put vanilla in it... At least they won't KILL someone. Also, they advertise a brownie sundae, yet they put a soggy chocolate donut in the sundae. Ordered once... Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt... Second time there's no excuse. Either take the items off your menu if you don't have them or train your people the difference between cherry and strawberry... It might save someone's life! Your just lucky I tried mine first and discovered the error.
Served horrible freezer burnt ice cream with multiple chunks of ice. Forgot all my toppings. This after having to change my order multiple times because they didnt have anything. Dont waste your time, go somewhere else.
What a waste of time. Ordered for delivery and was canceled 30 minutes later because of a missing item.Ordered again without the claimed missing item and was cancelled AGAIN with no explanation.Time wasters and unprofessional. AVOID
Awful. Used drive thru and my order was ordered right but 4 times I had to returned back since something was either missing or not done the way I ordered. I had to speak to 4 different people to explain what I wanted and still got it wrong. I asked if they needed me to teach them how to do it
Horrible. Never fails! No greeting at the drive thru mic as usual. No praline nor waffle bowls, EVER!
Hit or miss on a friendly associate. Last night was a good night.
