Super busy but fast service parking wasn't all that great
Ordered a Cappuccino Blast. When I asked why no whip cream, girl says you have to pay 25 cents more each for whip cream! What a joke!!!!! Never happened ever in any other BR we have been too!
This BR/Dunkin combo is horrible. I ordered a milkshake, it may as well have been flavored milk it was so thin. The pralines and cream had hardly any pralines and caramel. They charge .99 for ONE CHERRY, what a joke. I do not have a BR where I live, so I was really hoping for a great experience. Then they only had about 12 flavors, what happen to 31??
This place was incredibly dirty. They were out of many flavors of ice cream and the employees were rude.
This particular Baskin-Robbins, in Kissimmee, was smaller than most I've been in, and consequently was fairly crowded. They had a very limited variety of ice cream flavors available. Though they seem to be well staffed, I'm not sure that all of them knew how things were generally handled. There seem to be some confusion behind the counter. I did appreciate that when I was given my cup of ice cream, and I dropped it on the floor, upside down!, that they replaced it immediately.
Three stars... For good service and good ice cream. Half dozen donuts is also why I only gave 3 stars. They were hard! Not fresh at all!! I will never get donuts there again.
Worst Baskin experience ever. They didn't have any chocolate dipped waffle cones or bowls, no chocolate ice cream, no white chocolate ice cream, no creature creations, no cookie dough pieces. They were out of almost out of everything. I ended up going without while my family got lesser versions of what they wanted because they didn't have any of the ten things I tried to order. Very unhappy. They were very unorganized and apparently think that only one person can dip ice cream cones so they weren't going to make any dipped cones until tomorrow.
This is absolutely the worst baskin robins I ever dealt with and I seen others reviews on the same thing I literally place in order through the grub hub app and they didn’t want to sell me my order the driver told me the same thing because everything was out of stock I tried to call them and the number is not even activated now I had to call Grubhub customer service for a refund and have to wait 2-5 days this should be closed they don’t even deserve to stay open it’s sad
Place was slow. Only 5 choices of ice cream. Out of everything. Milk shake was thin as water, ice cream cone put in bowl because she said it was so soft she felt it would fall off. Complete waste of our money!!
Slowest service ever. Ice cream was yummy but man it took forever. And with 2 little kids it was rough.
