My family had a really bad expierece tonight on 7-8-22 at around 9:30pm my mother in law paid for a meal but Korrin didnt givre a reciept but when my mother in law was asking for her food she said that she had to pay for it again so my wife went to question Korrin about the food Korrin began to yell at my wife across the store while other people were in the restaurant so my wife approched the front counter calmly and asked for a mamager i assume there wasnt a manager on duty unless korrin was in charge so her fellow employee was polite gave the refund back for the said items ...Overall the food was good but however as a food serive mamager before for 15 years i was shocked and dissapointed on your employees behavior Korrin Needs to be trained on her guest service and not yell across the restaurant. and that was completly unprofessional and upper magmt needs to follow up and correct your front line staff on proper guest service so that these icindents will not happen again i understand everyone is tired and burned out of the summer season but your workers shouldnt take things personal and couldve handled it in a professional manner...
I ordered a bacon ranch burger which came out with just relish. When I asked if I could get it fixed, the man at the window asked if I was ok with being handed the bacon and the ranch separately, or if I really wanted him to make it again, as if I was out of line for just asking to get what I had ordered. It was unacceptable service.
Had their new Wagyu burger with bacon - YUM! Will definitely return. Excellent, friendly service and hot, fresh food made to order.

Just want to share that I received the most impeccable customer service at this location today. A young lady by the name of Faith working at the drive-thru window left me with such a pleasurable experience that will surely last. This young lady had no idea how she truly made my day, her name alone being [Faith] matches her overall persona. Thank you young lady, you have allowed customer service to make a come back. Oh yeah, the food was fresh too!
Terrible service. Went in about 10pm and was told to use the drive thru. Cant see what the difference is. Went through drive thru and the menu is after the speaker to order your food. The member of staff sounded like they didn't want to be there. We ordered our food and when it was delivered it was all wrong. We told the assistant and they brought out the wrong thing again and with a attitude. Didn't apologise for the error or delay. We drove off thinking omg. Opened the bags and the food did not look appealing. I did not eat my food. Safe to say we won't be going there again. Rated 1 star as i couldnt rate zero. ?????
They were rude, didnt get a single order right causing severe pain due to a medical condition. Tried the same order twice on seperate occasions aswell.
I had a review up for my last visit and understand not everyday is the same for the company. The store is pretty busy for the front and decently busy for the drive-thru. Now unfortunately the customers are as they normally behave. I get that this restaurant is Fast-Crafted, not Fast-Food.
Tried the spicy fish sandwich yesterday and I must say, it was fresh, good and big too. I’m not into fried foods, but the fish sandwich, definitely a keeper!!!Also, Root Beer Float, delish too!
Consistency is key. Been here twice . Beef and cheddar sandwich was very sad today y'all manage to get more cheddar on my wrapper than on the bread And meat probably the Worst One I've ever had. But it was still Good . The snack shake is excellent though so your getting a star for that it doesn't melt for a long time . convenient location . Near ette hotel cvs Popeyes Denny's wizard gifts and more . The fries are ok. When they look like a telephone cord then you will have the best experience ever with the fries.
