Very disappointing. Faulty App, Long wait for having 5 or 6 employees there, unsure, unconfident employees. Signed up for the app to get a free sandwich but the app showed the free sandwich until I checked out. It remove it. I tried twice the same thing. So I was thinking it may be automatic but not the case. It was not ready when stated. When I got it it was missing the salad and sandwich, only the turnover was in the bag. This store would not honor it the free item. One employee tried to help but was not able to bc someone in back that I was not able to see or talk to said there was protocol to follow and said No.. Even when I showed my order process they still wouldn't allow it when it was their apps glitch. They didn't have the the salad I ordered either but it allowed me to order online. They would not refund my money that I had to call to get my refund for their error. I had to order something to get that free sandwich that was advertised. A huge waste of 25 mins in the store after placing an online order. The young girl couldn't figure out that a water cup was free and charged another customer for a regular drink. SMH
We got (ALL) the meats! Indeed they do, and apparently all the salt too!First time visiting - enjoyable fast food but way too heavy with the salt on the fries.Edit to add “: the staff were amazing, super friendly and polite with good recommendations on what to try.
Not your average fast food. Lots of choices, I personally love their fish sandwich & their Ruben. Always good food & plenty of it. Right now it's a pecan chicken salad that's a new offering. I tried it, it's fantastic. I thought I was eating my own homemade chicken salad it was so good. Best of all? Everything isn't swimming in grease. Really good food, great variety, reasonable prices, how can you go wrong?
I Paid cash and did not get a receipt for my order. I Was in the Drive-Thru for probably 10 minutes just to get a 9 piece honey spice nuggets then had to ask for a fork before leaving. When I opened the Boneless spicy nuggets they were flooded with sauce which made eating on the go very difficult and not making a mess. I feel like this location has been in distress for sometimes and might need some management or corporate intervention to get back on track.
Well maybe we are biased but we love roast beef sandwiches...so in the mood and totally hit the spot. They had a pretty fast drive thru, they were friendly and courteous and the order was correct. This looks like a new location so it's doing it right!
Food was fine, a bit sloppily thrown together, and the staff all seem very out of it. Stood there for a while before anyone came to take our order, and then the order was wrong. At least the place was clean but that could have been from the lack of movement inside.
First of the cashier didn't know what she was doing. That's was not the worst part. We had a coupon and she didn't understand how to input it. 30 minutes later we got the food... chicken sandwich was hard like a ROCK. There was nothing but bread and what was supposed to be chicken. And the funny part it was not busy.
Wow! How horrible. The staff was rude, the fries were cold & the sandwiches were a mess ( not even eddible). We waited at least 20 min to order & equal to that to talk to the manager. The staff in the kitchen consisted of two young girls who kept looking out through the narrow window from the kitchen & giggling at me. The mgr was more concerned about the drive through & the cashier was barely audible.. but hey at least he was friendly & apologized for the mgr. No apologies from the mgr, but we did get a refund. Good grief.. worst Arbys I've ever been to from Ny to California to Florida. No recommendations from my whole party.
The food was cold and unbelievably messy..., the fries hard and cold , service was slower than we ever experienced at Arby's, and one of our group did not get his meal. Manager gave us a refund after we waited more than 20 min...but no apologies. It seems like they need more staff and we understand the current staffing issues, but the manager and grill staff were laughing out back while our sandwiches appeared as if two yr old made them.... the sauces missed the bread... overall a very sad experience.
Actually pretty good, hadn't been there in a long time. Service wasn't the best, that's why the 3 stars. But food was good!
