Absolutely disgusting. Cannot believe we were charged $11.29 each for what was advertised as a ‘buffalo chicken grilled cheese sandwich’. 3 of us ate this and were all appalled; my sister described this as ‘gross’ which I could agree with. Chips were very mediocre. Very disappointing from Disney. This type of food shouldn’t be served and as a worker in hospitality myself, I don’t understand how such a monstrosity even left the kitchen. I would be hugely embarrassed to serve this. Will not be returning.

This isn't the first time here. Most items on menu are good and decent serving size. Good taste for theme park food. Kids pork taco, chicken sandwich, and Buffalo chicken grilled cheese. Simple. Black beans are bland enough as well as rice. The fries have a good crunch for steak fries. If you're not looking for a nice sit down restaurant then this is a good option. Mobile order. Arrive earlier for quicker service. And it does have seating in air conditioning.

Fast food, food is decently cheap. The fries are delicious the burger actually comes with the bacon and cheese and lettuce they have no burgers they only have chicken sandwiches if you want a burger it's going to be plant-based. Everything here is delicious and worth your money. It might be on the expensive side but it's all good.

My daughter and I shared a chicken club sandwich and I was expecting something like fast food but the sandwich was a real chicken cutlet, very crispy, served on a brioche bun with restaurant style fries. Very good. The restaurant was crowded as usual but we were able to find a table right away. We’ve never eaten in there before and now I’m sorry we haven’t tried it in the past.

Good place to get lunch in Hollywood studios. The wait to order and to get the food is a bit long, but the food was good. I ordered the chicken club sandwich with fries. While it wasn’t the best thing in the world, I still enjoyed it and felt satisfied. If you’re looking lunch in Hollywood studios, this is a certainly a good option.

Great place to stop in and grab some lunch. Did mobile ordering option, and was able to pick our food ahead of time. Bland decor but had air conditioning, which is nice for an afternoon in June. Mobile Ordering was very quick and efficient. My buffalo chicken grilled cheese was pretty good. The steak fries were kind of bland, but can be enhanced by dipping them into buffalo sauce. Would definitely recommend mobile ordering for this restaurant.

This was really good for a quick service option in Hollywood Studios, something for everyone I would say. We had the Mediterranean salad (two gluten free so they had a bag of carrot sticks instead of the pitta bread) and my dad had the burger. It was pretty annoying that they were stopping people from ordering in the traditional way, making people mobile order instead. That's the only con I can think of.

In our previous 12 trips to Disney World, this was our first time to eat at ABC Commissary. The cool and comfortable environment improve this restaurant’s mediocre food to four stars, verses three. There was room to accommodate 11, and it was certainly clean and cool. The food at Disney World quick service restaurants has been regressing for years. As a Disney veteran, my family of four used to be impressed by the quality and quantity of portions at every eatery in the parks and resorts, but those days are over. You’ll likely find an item that is appetizing enough but it will be soon forgotten when you return to the dreaded humidity and heat of the park.

My girlfriend, her mom & I visited during our visit to the park. My girlfriend & I had grilled chicken sandwiches which were very good. My girlfriend's mom is a gluten-free vegetarian and was able to get a plant-based burger on a gluten-free bun. She said it was the best burger she had eaten in a long time. Advance ordering through the 'My Disney Experience' app is available and I would highly recommend it to save time in line.

There are plenty of amazing eats at Disney World. This isn't one of them. There are quite a few offerings here, but the reality is this venue is only really good for guests wanting to beat the heat. It's one of the most comfortable restaurants in Hollywood Studios; seating is open, comfortable, and most importantly, cool. That's where the good times end. The menu is a forgettable list of burgers and sandwiches, most of which are incredibly bland. Prices are in line with other quick service restaurants in the park, and if you're worried about feeling queasy on heavy motion rides, there are some items like the grilled cheese that will seat easier on your stomach than other bigger meals that are available elsewhere. Still, I can't really recommend this for anything more than a quick escape from a hot day.
