It was a burger.. most the orders are taken on line. Being one of the few people inside; many walked in to pick up orders " to go".Suggest you order on line! This was easily the most hospitable and friendly Wendy’s establishment I have ever had the pleasure of attending. For the second night in a row I was greeted with not only warm food, but the warm smiles of the employees who took great pride in their work. In a world that has fallen on hard times. The exemplary work of a few individuals has brought a smile to my face. Please, enjoy this establishment
Not much space inside so when it's busy, it'll be a tight squeeze. Doesn't serve all the regular menu items or deals. Nice people
Food was as expected at Wendy's (generally good) but the service was poor. Staff were rude and non-communicative.
Tip... So this Wendy's is much more expensive than most Wendy's and even the one when you enter the island. So buy your food there at the beginning of key West because it is cheaper. I just bought a Dave single on the app which is on sale for $1 and the regular price just for that burger is $6.99. That's $5.99 off. So make sure you see what the deals are on the app so you can get a lower price or get the $4 meal specials. Think about it it's $2 more just to get a single burger over a burger with fries and nuggets and a drink That's $2 less it doesn't make any sense. But it is what it is. I'm traveling around the country in my van enjoy key West and if you want to get healthy cheap food go to the Winn-Dixie it's open 24 hours surprisingly

No Fish Today, No Baked Potatoes today, we ain't got Chili ... how about puttin' your change in our Tip bucket...Got a Bourbon Burger...not edible. Bacon was all crumbles, Burger was cold and greasy. SadBut the Fries were Amazing.Was my first and last visit.* Stopped here for a quick inexpensive lunch. Cost me almost as much as a half pound burger...Burger... fresh beef, almost anywhere else.
Dirty, dirty, dirty. I don't think the restrooms had been cleaned for days. The food was standard Wendy's, but it makes me wonder how well they clean the kitchen if they can't clean the store.
I initially avoided this place for months; however, once I finally tried it, there is a reason it's a lasting establishment on Duval St. Admittedly they can be a little slow, and the long line of tourists at certain times (albeit generally entertaining) can be a bit of a headache, but I've never had fast food burgers made with such care and precision as I have here. I wouldn't make it a priority, but it's definitely a worthwhile drunk-grubbing spot.
The food was good and fresh but the staff is very snotty and lazy. Prices are different of course I was shocked considering they are located in the heart of key west. It is a tourist attraction. Need less to say I will not be back.
