Food was ok. Drive through was difficult to understand. We had four people in the car and as we ordered the order taker said wait you want TWO of those? Yes actually three. When we got to the window, we asked if the inside was open and we're simply told it's not ten yet as if we were supposed to know. Improve the customer service please.
The worst experience I’ve had. Made my burger wrong and the kid proceeds to pick off the lettuce and tomato on it with his bare hands and try's to give it back to me when I told him I wasn’t taking that cause he was picking through it he wrapped it back up and put it with the other burgers to be given out to other customers. Very dirty inside, rude workers, no lids, straws or napkins stocked. 10/10 do not recommend!!

The service was the worst I have ever had at a Wendy's. Very slow, drink counters with food spilled on them, no drink lids. Inside there were only 6 people but the manager kept telling the counter people to not take more orders until they caught up. Ordered bacon on burger and did not get it. Ordered med drink and got small. Ordered Chili and it was practically meatless. Recommend you stay away around noon.
The service was mediocre at best. I ordered via App & my order wasn't followed through. No Spoon for the Frosty no Straws for the Drinks. No Extras on the Burgers that were ordered & no Sauces. Fries were salted 10x over. Went to McDonalds to get a Spoon & Straws, cause I didn't feel like driving back. McDonalds Employees were superb! Learn from the Competition down the Street how to treat Customers!
This is one of my “sneaking fast food spot. Wifey is a Herbalife “coach”. No junk food for me, she says. Yet, here I am. Baked potatoes for all the “good stuff “. Yum yum!
I told the manager that I had seen a rat & he replied that's not first time today a customer had told him that.
Super friendly and great staff. Made sure our order was correct. They brought it out to us and checked with us often.
This Wendy’s is nears the Sears Town shopping. Although Sears is closing their doors for good. The food was okay. My grille chicken sandwich was on the cold side, the fries wasn’t any better. Wife had a fish sandwich and it was okay.
The burgers were overly happy with ketchup. Burgers seemed okay although after reading some the reviews, I pray I don’t get sick.Order was correct and the lady who interacted with us seemed stoic.
