Though we’ve been to Viv Wine Bistro many times before, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the Bistro now serves dinner. I highly recommend trying it for dinner. I had filet mignon, and my wife had another beautiful plate. The desserts were tremendous and the Bordeaux is always outstanding. Give it a try.
Went here in February 2022 on my first trip to the Keys. The location and small-bar atmosphere were great and the wine selection plentiful. Delicious food prepared by Cynthia (compliments to the chef) that complimented the various wine selections. What really made this place stand out was our bartender, Julia. Super friendly - treated you like family, very knowledgeable, especially regarding the French wines, and also just very interesting to chat with. Will definitely be back when I make it back down from New England again!
Everything is good!
This place was amazing. We happened to be walking down a sidestreet off Duval and came upon this place. Great wine with fantastic charcuterie boards! You really feel like your transported to another country. My husband and I really appreciated the service and quality wines. If you love wine, check it out!
Excellent customer service and best of all the wine and cheese is superb!
The bartender/waitress Julia was amazing! You can’t beat the happy hour wine prices and I highly recommend you let your server create your cheese and charcuterie board!!! We will definitely be back!
We love VIV! Have been going there for a couple years now for quality wines and charcuterie boards. Pop in and relax - they have indoor and outdoor seating. The portions are really big. Be sure to add the special high quality black-pig-like fresh sliced prosciutto that is freshly sliced off the bone, visible on top of the bar. It melts in your mouth and is worth every penny! The staff is so kind and friendly and the energy on Petronia Street is amazing!
Last I heard restaurants and bars were part of the service industry. Please have someone who speaks French explain that to the servers and proprietor there. In 50 years of dining out, I have never experienced such poor, uninterested and selective service. It is hard to be ignored in a small room but leave it to them to prove me wrong. The saddest part of this miserable experience is that it started out so well. The place is beautiful and inviting. Why where we the only ones treated like dirt? Because we were not locals. The staff fauned over regulars. Not good for service. We had 2 excellent glasses of wine apiece that took almost 2 hours. There were people who came after us ate and left.A tragedy
Wonderful little wine bar. Great selection of wine. Very knowledgeable staff. Charcuterie plate was awesome!
This was my favorite dining experience while in key west. We ordered several small plates and glasses of wine. The quality of the food and service was excellent. The wine was fantastic - Highly recommend!!!
