Never had issues with the staff. Food is always fresh and has good taste. They do speak English.
Hello woman behind the counter this morning at the Subway in Key West. No need to act annoyed when someone can’t understand you. I was not being disrespectful to you. You should treat people the way you’d like to be treated. It’s not hard to be kind.
This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I called 1/2hr. Ahead ....cant figure it out!!! Please tell me I'm the 1..... Idiots....try English speaking workers...
This is by far the WORST subway !! They don’t even know English and have attitude in taking your order. I came 7 min before closing and they had time to make my simple sandwich, but they were saying they were closed. Working hours are unpredictable. Every time I go there, the door is closed. And the one time it was open, I was told they are closed 7 min prior to closing.
Coca was out and I didn’t know before I try being away. One of servers was rude speaking her native language while checking me out. Sub was good and fresh.

Ordered online for this restaurant, went to pick up my salad, the bowl was half empty when I questioned the girl I was told that they were told to give small portions to customers. I paid 8 dollars for a salad and got half of bowl of lettuce and toppings. Never going back.

Meat quality low. Owner very nice. Staff nice but no espeaka English mucho. Good restrooms.
The service was excellent-quick and efficient. Subs were tasty and filling. Prices are fair and reasonable.
