We waited at the counter for several minutes before even being greeted, if you can call what do you want a greeting, mind you there were 4 young ladies standing behind the counter chit-chating amongst themselves. We had to repeat our order 3 times before it was entered correctly and another several minutes before our black iced tea was prepared. It wasn't until I pulled my phone out to start recording that the employees put their own phones away and started preparing drinks. By this time there were several people in the store waiting for drinks to be prepared. We received our drinks before the two couples that were ahead of us. I would not recommend this Starbucks.
Guys, what is going on here? For one, the parking lot is designed for golf carts only. You can not squeeze a car in those spots. Second of all, this is the absolute LEAST reliable Starbucks in the entire world, and a horrible representation of the brand.There are so many issues here with it not being open when they are clearly advertised as being open, taking too long to make beverages, or not having enough cash to make change, it’s just a disorganised mess. They were closed at 8AM when I arrived- advertised open at 6AM, and they had no money to make change. I understand accidents happen, but this Starbucks ALWAYS has a problem. I’ve never had a positive experience yet, and I live nearby. ??♀️ Don’t waste your time here, you’re much better off stopping in Publix and buying one of those refrigerated Starbucks coffee drinks! At least you know they’re open and you’ll leave with what you want!
Worst Starbucks I’ve been to - first they’re out of coffee a whole hour before they close; service ethics - very disappointing /disregarding customers over personal conversations/.Then they’re supposed to be open at 6 AM - nope, lights out, nobody there. Just ridiculous.
I arrived 6.45 pm the lady inside ran inside ... 7 pm it should be closed .. what a shame ! Such stafff

Walked in to order a drink, no other customers in the store. 5 employees stood behind the counter for about 5 minutes, blatantly ignored our presence. Finally ordered and then took another 5 minutes to even start our drinks. Customer service or time management clearly isn't their priority. As were leaving, overhead the staff talking bad about us...that's incredibly distasteful and just mean. We did absolutely nothing wrong, and we're completely nice and respectful to the employees working. There was no reason for them to be as rude and disrespectful to us as they were. Be a nice human.
Took over 15 mins just for a Frappuccino and watched as the used regular milk as opposed to oat milk. Then they added whipped cream defeating the purpose of oat milk. Argued the used oat milk and gave attitude when re making! Got a refund and left. Only college kids. No real supervision.
Fast and easy place to get a quick breakfast. Friendly service. Coffee and food was very good. Conveniently located.
The girls in this Starbucks are amazing there all polite hard working and everyone is smiling and happy and nice I come here every morning and they treat me like family .. keep up the good work ladies !! The manager is doing a fabulous job with this store !!!
Customer service here is excellent! Got my order perfect & even informed me that I had stars available to pay for my drink! Kudos to the young lady taking my order. Clean & well organized store. I'll definitely be back.
