This place is simply meh. Drinks are good but employees are just so so.Good thing that there are numerous other places to go for far superior drink options.
The manager was rude and very difficult to communicate with and got the order wrong 3 times. The younger girl she was training managed to get both our coffees right first time and was friendly and professional. Someone needs a raise and someone needs to get fired.
They are selling product but the bathrooms are closed.. This seems to be consistent with other Starbucks I have visited that are in tourist locations. They always claim that there is water damage or some reason. But it is funny how it is only in tourist locations. And not at my local Starbucks.
Very weak Cafe Americano. Maybe 1 shot of espesso but should have been two!This happens TOO often at StarbucksI dumped it out walking back home and bought a cup of Cuban coffee instead.

Okay service but bad drink. I was the last customer before a scheduled water shut down so I get it. But not the experience I was expecting. Not sure if I will give another chance. Bleh.
I was not impressed by this Starbucks. It’s small and crowded with nowhere to sit. When I asked to get a refill they said I would have to pay full price instead of the normal refill price which is standard at EVERY Starbucks I have ever been to in the world. Please don’t go here.
My coffee did not have coffee grinds in it. I give this four stars just for this simple fact. Clean and staff is somewhat friendly.
Not very pleasant staff. Attitudes were nasty. Not open to offer suggestions. Coffee was only 1/2-3/4 full...for the prices we paid, that cup should have been full. Went 3 times and the experience was the same. After that just got coffee at breakfast. Truly the biggest disappointed of the trip. 2stars is being nice
Not a corporate store and it shows. Staff was lackadaisical at best. Avoid this place.
