Don’t visit this location. The employees were rude, the manager was even worse. No hi, how are you, not even a smile. They even had to verify our order a few times. Wow, Sonic you should shape up quick!
The person working the drive thru was very mad we were there getting food. He seemed frustrated and angry. It kinda worried me to NOT eat my food. As he had a very crazy attitude for no reason. My lime aid tasted like there was some sort of sewage in it. I felt pretty sick after I drank it and had my food. I threw up twice that night and when I woke up I was very sick throwing up 3-4 times. I’m sure it’s not worth going after sonic and getting a subpoena as the footage will just be deleted if he did do anything malicious to the food. IM here is to warn other people and find out if ANYBODY ELSE HAS HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE.
Food undercooked and the flies! I'd never tried Sonic but the burger was a dripping mess. I'm glad we didn't eat on the car. Good location.
One of the sonic employees tried to steal money from me. I ordered and when the food was brought out to me I told the sonic worker that I have $7 in cash and I wanted to pay the rest on my card. She asked for the receipt and then started acting like she was typing stuff into the computer. She then asked for the card and then swiped the card. I saw the computer still said the same amount after she took the cash so after she went back inside the restaurant I checked my bank account and the cash was not taken off of the order total. I walked up to confront her and when I told her that I got charge the whole amount on my card she said “ok”. I then asked for my money back and instead of going to the register she reached in her pocket and handed me the money. She asked for no proof or anything that I got charged the full amount on my card. She obviously pocketed the money and hoped I wouldn’t notice. She was also very rude to me after she found out I told her manager.
The soft pretzel twist was really good! Fluffy, buttery and delicious. And the cherry limeade is always perfect!

After over paying for bad food and bad service at waterfront restaurants in Key West, we drove our rental golf cart to Sonic!! Better food and better service. Key West is over priced and over rated! Thank you Sonic, for good food & good service!!
Just wanted to say thanks for the GIANT bag stuffed full of ketchup and ranch that I was given after asking for those basic condiments with my buffalo chicken combo meal but didn’t receive initially. It was weirdly patronizing and I feel sorry for the owner of this franchise for having to absorb those food costs, but free sauce is free sauce. Cheers!
Super fast and friendly with 100% order accuracy for a rather large order. One of the best Sonic locations I’ve been to in a long while. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the mood for a drink or a quick meal.
