Go for the grilled lobster tail with lemon risotto
We have been to Sarabeth’s in New York City and know that it is a fine establishment. We found one in Key West and it did not disappoint us. My wife had burrata salad and I had octopus appetizer. Our main courses were mussels for my wife and short ribs for myself. All the food was absolutely fantastic. The service was wonderful. It was an extraordinary culinary experience!
This was our second time back to Sarabeth's for brunch and we loved it again, this time on our honeymoon! We enjoyed the delicious take they had on the standard mimosa (I believe the daily option on the day we went was grapefruit and kiwi). The brunch menu has lots of staples with unique twists. For example, my green and white scramble had cream cheese and chives. Indoor and outdoor covered seating available. Highly recommend if you like a boujee brunch in Key West that has more options than the standards!
Hey I grew up in NY City-I don’t mind paying a lot for really good food but my $99 surf & turf was very disappointing…I really felt ripped off. The prime rib was barely a 1/2” if that and 4 medium shrimp? No salad, no bread, a rice patty and that’s all. I would avoid this restaurant-so many far superior restaurants in Key West half the cost of a fine dinner. If I could give Sarabeth’s no star I would.
We really enjoyed our breakfast experience at this restaurant. The "surf and turf" was expensive but worth it - the steak was amazing, but the lobster almost got a bit "buried" in taste. The shrimp and bacon omelet was also very good.
This used to be my favorite breakfast spot in Key West. We were disappointed this time. Service was slow, eggs over cooked and toast burned. Definitely not up to standard. Hopefully they were just having a bad day.
Excelente lugar, el ambiente, la atención y la comida fabulosa.
Lovely service and terrific food and wine. Each dish was excellent. We'd go back in a second. This is a small restaurant so make sure that you make a reservation.
Not a nice experience overall at Sarabeth's. Took awhile to get seated even with no one else waiting. Took forever to get coffee and when it did arrive the milk was bad and curdled in the coffee. Then took more time to get another cup of coffee. When we asked for hot sauce for our meals as there was none on the table, it was brought to us AFTER we had finished our food. It was like a joke. The poached eggs on the Eggs Benedict were overcooked, but the French toast was done well. But maybe it was the real maple syrup for $2 more. So many other better places in Key West. We will not be back.
Very nice breakfasts freshly made. Not ordinary diner food. They also serve dinners but we did not try them
