I love Popeyes but this location is the worst I’ve ever been to. We started with a line of people six deep. While waiting i could see mass confusion behind the counter with one lady yelling orders at others while she jumped from position to position making the confusion worse. One customer got into a shouting match with her as they evidently don’t take mobile orders. He asked for a manager but was told they don’t have one. Finally getting to me she took half my order and then left. Another person finally finished it but after waiting 15min for spicy I finally just told them give me what you have. The food was still good but I would never go back to this location again.
Very very sorry to see the staff not be respectful towards the customers also not responsible with their assigned duties. When customers are standing in front to order the staff are have their own conversation with their buddies inside and making the customers wait for long. Either the stuff must be changed if not the reputed resturant will not be profitable.
Alex provided great service, the food was made fresh, served hot and was delicious. Wouldn't it be nice, if all of your dining experiences were this good.
I placed my order 20 minutes prior to pick up to allow ample time. When I show up, the cashier was in bathroom, I waited 5 minutes, she comes out and immediately starts taking about her schedule to a coworker and proceeded to act like I wasn’t there. The woman she was talking to was also rude and was impolite. She finally acknowledges me and I explain I’m here for pick up. She says it will be a few minutes. Then another lady who was preparing food in back yells over her and says it will be 30 more minutes! First of all, I remember that lady working there last year and I never went back because she was so rude from before and staff was previously horrible. For a year Popeyes promoted new staff etc, so I decided to give it another chance only to see the same rude lady working there. I told them there business was poorly managed and to cancel my order. The cashier lady then try’s to be all confrontational so I just left. They need an entirely new management and staff. Horrible experience.
Never disappointed when I eat at Popeyes. This was a friendly crew, my only negative is they were a little disorganized but they took responsibility and laughed it off while making it right. That always goes a long way with me. If I’m parting with my money I at least want the basic service expected from a fast food restaurant. They did that and more ??
Hands down the dirtiest popeyes Ive seen. Second time this week I went to the drive thru and ordered. I ordered and pd an extra 3.49 for an extra side. Shanoy the cashier took my order and when I got home the extra side that I pd for was not in my bag. I tried calling of course to no answer. I hope they go out and something better comes in.
Worst popeyes in North America. Arrived on Monday the keys to the cash register were missing had to wait for the manager to show up and unlock it. Came back Thursday ordered a chicken sandwich, didn't have any chicken ready for the sandwich so I decided to get the 3 piece bone in chicken 0 biscuits were available and red beans and rice and 0 beans in it was just rice. Instead of prepping and being organized I guess they just sit in the kitchen Indian style and stare at each other all day.
Nasty service- horrible rubber served as shrimp and the 9 French fries were cold the miniature biscuit was stale - nothing Cajun or good about this waste of money -If a picture is worth 1000 words don’t believe the advertisement in front of the restaurant look at what I got!
They are some nasty people, cashier got done mopping and touched other dirty things, and didn’t wash her hands, and went and touched my food!!! DISGUSTING!! i said cancel my order and she caught a whole attitude with me! worst experience ever
This place gets worse every day on my last visit to the store in key west by the way I paid $35 for the family pack the chicken was over fried not fresh at all!!! The order was not complete missing the desert, I don't recommend this place to anyone for $35 dollars you could go to outback down the block and eat much better food
