The food at this cozy restaurant is absolutely delicious. Best fried plantains I’ve ever had & the sauce was so good. Caribbean chicken was falling off the bone. Rice & beans were so tasty. Staff is friendly and kind. BEST pies on the island! We left so full and satisfied. Can’t wait to go back to Key West, coming straight to Mo’s after my plane lands! ?
Outstanding food and low key atmosphere. Recommend the lemonade, iced tea and the MO’s house dressing. We thoroughly enjoyed!!
Some of the best fish I've had in a long time. Snapper was excellent. Service was a tad slow even though the restaurant wasn't full, but food made up for it. It was nice to see all the food cooked in front of you, and the ventilation was set up correctly so it wasn't hot inside. Lemonade was a little too sweet for my taste. Was able to talk to the chef about the dish. If I ever go back to key west I would make it a point to stop here again.
My wife I arrived in KW and were ready for a good meal. Found mo's and it hit the spot. Very friendly and menu was diverse. I had the grouper and rice my wife the seafood casserole which had shrimp in it. We will go back and recommend.
My husband and I stopped in after seeing this place on Walter’s world. It was small and very clean. And the food was outstanding!!!! Best we have had in key west and we’ve had some really good food. Creole shrimp was awesome. I tasted my husbands Caribbean chicken and it melted in your mouth. Large portions and every bite delicious!
The food was quite good, perhaps a bit too much salt and a bit overcooked, but we enjoyed it thoroughly. Unfortunately, even by “island time” standards, the service was sloooooooooow. We weren’t asked if we’d like another drink while waiting, and it took a *comically* long time for the food to come out. We are on vacation and had nowhere to be, so we weren’t in a rush, and didn’t mind a leisurely meal, but this was a whole other level of waiting.
Amazing food! Would definitely come back. My husband and I have ordered chicken wings and Creole Shrimp casserole with rice. Soooo delicious, freshly made to order, big enough portions to share for 2. Do not pay attention to the interior, the food is fabulous. Thank you chef, we will remember this dinner:)Was so Tammy we forgot to take pictures.
Beat comfort seafood that we’ve had in Key West. Wanted to try the Escargot, but opted for the snapper with rice. Super choice!!! Chef’s kitchen in the house.
Ran across this small place on our visit to Key West. Absolutely the most authentic Caribbean Creole food I've had. We had the Chicken Casserole and the Shrimp Creole. Both were fabulous. Service was amazing! It may not look like much, but it is a must if you are in the area!
The aroma walking into this restaurant is amazing! I wish I could bottle it up and take it home! The food is fantastic and the staff is very friendly!! Picture is the seafood ragu.
