I was hungry after a long night and drove here at 4:00 A.M. on my way home after looking them up on Google Maps seeing that they are open 24 hours a day. When I arrived, they were 'closed'. The weirdest part is when I drove up to the drive though, some 'automated message' played saying they were closed and would open again at 5:00 AM but it sounded like a live human. Not sure if they were legitimately closed or not, but if not, they obviously weren't interested in serving anyone. Fix the map listing hours and I'll remove this review.
the truth is that the experience with McDonald's was very bad, not with McDonald's with the McDonald's workers this morning I went to McDonald's to buy a coffee and breakfast just because I didn't know how to say coffee correctly the man who was at the microphone was a Cuban I spoke my own language he offended me too much I wanted to say a lot of profanity to me The truth is that the manager of McDonald's in Key West sees this deal with that man already twice that he does the same thing to me he offends customers and not only me I have friends What does the same thing say about him? Do not hire people like that who only make the customer leave your business because the truth is that once again I will not go to McDonald's again, not because of the type of food but because of their workers, who are really lousy. Too bad there is only one McDonald's on the island and the workers are excellent and friendly.
Customer service was terrible. No smile it was like here is your order and she turned and walked away. My husband went to ask her something as she walked away. Ordered 4 coffees with milk 1 of them with 2 sugar. No sugar at all. Very poor service.Both my husband and myself worked in fast food for more than 12 years. At least we know want it is like to serve clients that are paying your salary. It could also be management or owner that needs to access this situation to see why staff is not friendly.
If I could rate it less than one star, I would. We pulled up looking for a late night snack. We ordered with no problem. Got to the window to find the clerk playing with his loose tooth. And the clerk did not look like his hygiene was at the best. We paid for the food, and pulled up and threw it away immediately.
McDonalds varies by location. I'm in the keys working. Some days long lines I skip. Later no cars, so I'm the only one. Understaffed and weak mngt.
Do you really need a review about a McDonald's? Welp here we go! Best meal on the island for the price, spent like 3 dollars. But you should probably support the local community and hit up a more delish restaurant. It gets packed at lunch hours.
Worst McDonald's ever service is horrible you have to beg for condiments like ketchup no drink fountain they treat beverages like its the holy grail food and buns are often stale and worst fries ever! Do yourself a favor if your on the island and go to Wendy's 1000 percent better!
I wouldn’t leave a star if I didn’t have to. Service was terrible! The employees were too busy playing on their phones to do their jobs. The manager was rude when dealing with customers. The sweet tea was spoiled. Hands down the worst McDonalds I’ve been to
I just want to shout out Pablo at McDonalds this morning. That boy was literally running delivering curbside and fixing orders and was so very kind and eager to please. Often we hear about bad service but I wanted to recognize the good service. He really went above and beyond and was happy to do so. If you know this kid, let him know he is appreciated. ? Please place a copy of this review in Pablo’s personnel file. ?
The biggest problem is there inconsistencie one day your food might be really hot and delicious and the next it will be cold and horrible. I would recommend going right when lunch starts that way your food is hot. So really if you want some McDonald's and your feeling luck then sure go ahead but If you want fast food that's always hot and consistent then just go to sonic. 2/10 your gonna need a beer after this
